idk if you knew but stealth actually goes 0-80 in 1.9 seconds now! They updated it a few years ago because there were too many rollbacks and it's now even more intense! Great video btw, happy to see my home park Thorpe Park at number 4 :)

I'll drop my top 10 UK coasters with some small justifications at the bottom 1 - Icon (With Enso) 2 - The Swarm 3 - Nemesis 4 - The Big One 5 - The Smiler 6 - Stealth 7 - Icon (Without Enso) 8 - Nemesis Inferno 9 - Galactica 10 - Oblivion I have never been to Flamingo land so I'll have to take your word on that Intamin 10 looper being class, but if it's so good why no Colossus? lmao The reason I put Smiler where I did is because while I do love the layout and how creative they were with the space they had, I do kind of dislike how compact, low to the ground and tightly squeezed it all is compared to the more giant and open nature of something like Big One. An exception to this is Icon with Enso because goddamn spinning like that is just something else, I need to get myself over to Belgium and onto Ride to Happiness ASAP I also love apocalypse themes and metal songs, so that's what happened with The Swarm. Nah but wing coasters are great, smooth as silk and they look amazing. Swarm tells its story through its coaster and the feeling of being on the side of the track is amazing, holding out your arm on the right side as you glide past the lake, it's awesome I do imagine Project Exodus will be able to take the number 1 spot for me, I just hope it has some nice theming to go along with it

Fantastic list, very detailed! Enso is amazing I agree and also need to ride the ride happiness asap! Sik is much smoother and more intense than collosus and also has just lap bars, and the first drop is profiled differently, feels far more like a modern intamin than colossus does

Bit of a controversial take, but my criteria for a good ride for me is mostly based on smoothness. If its rough theres a higher chance that roughness will turn to pain. Heres my top 25 coasters, i have not been further than alton towers. So blackpool, flamingo etc are not included. 1. Nemesis 2. Wickerman 3. Nemesis Inferno 4. Swarm 5. Megafobia 6. Galactica 7. Saw the ride 8. Mandril Mayhem 9. Smiler 10. Storm chaser 11. Stealth (very back row) 12. Oblivian 13. Shockwave 14. Dragons Fury 15. G-Force 16. Speed no limits 17. 13 18. Colossus 19. Vampire 20. I like your list, I can see why your preference in coasters is smoothness, a rough ride doesn’t always bother me unless it’s really bad but I can see your point. The main coaster I’m surprised about is how low stealth is, I know it’s short but the launch is awesome!

​@CoasternautYT rather embarrassingly, it's a family coaster at the Cornish theme park Flambards. There is nothing special or unique about it, but I have really happy childhood memories of riding that coaster with my dad. Plus the cars are shaped like hornets, which I find super cool. I definitely need to get to BPB! I'm desperate to ride Icon, and all the old (some of them are listed!) wooden coasters.

Alton Nemesis is easily the best rollercoaster in the UK. Ive been on it more than 50 times, and its still the only ride that leaves me dizzy afterwards. Even the Thorpe Park version dont do that. And as much as I love Smiler, I think its a cheat calling it a 14 inversion coaster. It has two lift hills, so is basically two coasters bolted together.

Nemesis is a truly fantastic coaster, one of the best inverted coasters out there and definitely better than Nemesis Inferno at Thorpe!

Are you saying that multi launch coasters don’t count as one coaster?

@@iliketrains3546 Technically, yes. Its not an impressive feat of engineering if you use multiple lift hills. Anyone can easly add more lift hills and inversions. Its impressive to keep enough momentum from one drop and complete 10+ inversions. And as a rider, the second lift hill breaks the flow, so even just feels like you are starting a second coaster. At least you are only queueing once for 2 coasters tho 😉
