Nice, perfect timing, I just started yr 11! Do u have any tips for English extension and handling the extra workload+ everything else? Also that part about "Parkinson's Law" was mind- blowing, I was debating whether to stop extracurriculars and other stuff with the intention of making more time for studying and homework but now you've convinced me not to.

Hey Dula, is working 4 shifts causing the stress/anxiety because you don't have enough time to do the work + the low motivation because you are tired when you come home and find it hard to then study?

I personally think it's very irresponsible to tell everyone to keep all their extracurricular activities. It really should be a case by case basis. A part time job for twice a week should be fine for most. What can also help is taking a short walk or jog after a period of study, to get some sun and time for reflection.
