only discovered this Dude Today , Some great advice and positive vibes , I’ve transitioned from running to Resistance training , i’m 18 months in now and sorry i didn’t do it earlier , Struggling with potential overtraining, So seeking out tips on changing up my sessions and focusing on getting my form and skill dialled in , ireland 🇮🇪Lifter 😎

I would rather lift in the 5-10 rep range with a higher RIR than do 15+ reps
