Considered Harper's Preserve, but got a bit more for my money on new construction in Meadows at Imperial Oaks, which is also Conroe, just very far South Conroe.

I kind of live in Podunk and the traffic still sucks! I live off of a two-lane road at 95% of the time we don’t do the speed limit because of some yokel who doesn’t have anywhere to be slowing down all the traffic! 😂
