so you favor a conventional loan over a fha loan? What other type of loans do you recommend? thanks

if it's a seller or neutral market, conventional is going to be the best way to go. It offers more assurance and less likely to fall through than an FHA loan. Outside of cash, no other loan is out there to beat conventional all things being equal

Hopefully, you don't mind my this comment: I just notice this in comparison with most cities in the USA: ( US News ranking put test score as an important factor ) You can see that most US news best high schools located cities with one or two top high schools, then the rest high schools in those cities are not good or poor. You can see Frisco's 12 high schools US News ranking. They are either ranked excellent or good. If you trace the ranking history of new high schools's US news ranking, you will find that the ranking keep improving every year. Those new high schools only rank as good high schools range today will become excellent soon!

I don’t mind at all, thanks for sharing your research on the schools! Texas overall has a lot of work to do to improve their public education, no doubt about it. Frisco does stand out as one of the better school districts, but I see what you’re saying on how the ranges change over time.
