@@Drberg I quote my doctor who gave me advice over the phone when I had Covid 19: "Ibalgin. Goodbye." It is because of this that I no longer turn to doctors with some problems (I'm 47, I have only one problem so far, a varicose vein on my left leg - it's more of a cosmetic problem for now), I go to the Internet and search with common sense. What to do for tendon rehab and rotator cuff repair: • A hanging stretch (for arthritis with no tear or trauma) • Isometric exercises • Get plenty of vitamin D, vitamin C, and amino acids • Keep moving on a regular basis • Eccentric exercises • Get plenty of manganese Two things you should never do for a rotator cuff injury are: 1. Apply cold to the injury 2. Rest the injured area Thank you Dr Berg! 🐱👍🏿

Great to see non-surgical methods explained. Bone broth has plenty of manganese and other minerals. I had a near-complete rotator cuff tear in a freak accident (couldn't even lift my arm up) replete with a loud "pop" several years ago with no problems ever since my personal protocol. I ate lots of bone broth almost every day for months (mostly rooster, but also plenty of beef). Never iced it. No surgery as I'm very skeptical of profit-oriented methods. Kept using/moving it as much as possible without re-injuring it. No problems ever since, and was close to normal within 2 years. Using food to heal is largely out of modern medicine's toolbox but often with surprisingly effective results. A comfrey salve with other herbs was also used. Vit. C too which is good for collagen repair.

Thank you! I hurt my shoulder lifting my big self up and it popped loudly too. I felt initial pain, then it was gone. But now, at 65 and about 14 years later, holy cow can't lift my arm up or lean on it at all. I've recently learned to can/preserve and also learned to make bone broth, might as well start making more but for me, not my pantry!! (Not pure grass fed but 75-80% at least). Ordering Vit C w Acerola as well. Thanks again!!

Taking high doses, long-term can lead to Parkinson disease-like symptoms."

28 years ago I had a badly broken shoulder and inevitably damaged rotator cuff. 18 years ago I agreed to a shoulder replacement. Consultant's advised that the rotator cuff injury had been so severe that it would be improbable for it to be fully functional again. However many exercises and rehab sessions down the line I have 95 percent motion without problem. This year I had a fall and damaged my opposite side rotator cuff, lucky me. Applying all the advise and exercises from last time it is slowly improving thankfully but I am going to take your advice and up the vit d and manganese for a month. Thanks for the advise. I now also take apple cider vinegar on your advise and my candida problem has improved and my IBS too. Woo hoo. Feel brilliant about that.

This is great advice. I recently ruptured my Achilles tendon. 4.7mm gap. I was told that a contributing factor was a recent course of steroids and antibiotics for a chest infection. My specialist didn't keep me in a cast he put me straight into a vacoped boot, 2 weeks, no weight bearing then after as much as tolerated. I ditched the crutches straight away. And lowering the vacoped boot gradually. He says that these can heal really well without surgery. Thank you for your continued advice to everyone.

As always great information, thank you. I had shoulder injuries for years to a greater or lesser extent through bad exercises. Early last year I discovered a book called The Oxygen Advantage which changed my life. The shoulder pain disappeared in a matter of months and so did the back pain I had experienced for 30 years. I believe the shoulder pain was cured because of extra oxygen in my body and the back pain was cured by strengthening my diaphragm.

Dr Berg, Rest was one of the things the drs here said for me to do when the pain is too intense since the prescribed pain meds only worked for a few hours on the 1st dose only. Also, my injury is bad enough to make my entire arm and hand swell. Elevation rest does help some and so does taking lasix. But I'm afraid of killing my kidneys so I only take that about 2-3 times per week depending on the swelling. And if swelling isn't too bad don't take it at all. But if arm is both swollen and cold, definitely do cuz that helps it feel somewhat better. And never in my life being flexible even though i was very strong, i feel like....i dunno what. If rest is one of the worst things for shoulder injuries, why would these doctors tell us to do that? But of course, I think I already know.

It's fucking freaky. The last 7 days 5 of his videos have directly related to me on that day. Really scary thing is I didn't mention my painful shoulder rotator to anyone today I'm almost certain.

I liked your video on the benefits of boron. It is a valuable trace mineral. It's in almonds and walnuts. I would be very hesitant to take more than 2mg of manganese. But I would take 200mg of magnesium, however.

Thank you so much for this info. Got a torn rotator cuff myself plus I discovered a manganese deficiency. Your video about glyphosate opened my eyes. I can’t handle corn or wheat unless it’s non gmo and non glyphosate. Mind my manganese 😃😍✌️

AWESOME! FINALLY hit the answer I was looking for (discussion of dose of Manganese)... as for the healing of tendons/ligaments, this is one of the few major topic where I STRONGLY disagree with Dr. Berg... everything he's saying IS correct (but from what mainstream teaches)... where I disagree is his "omission" (what mainstream doesn't want you to know): TORN tendons/ligaments can get back to equal or even better than the uninjured side... so a touch of arthritis or a 'just' sprain = EASY PEASY! Dr. Berg, you'd gotta find yourself a good BMAC doc... and if you succeed, the only thing you'll be complaining about is how your "good" shoulder now bothers you more than what you're currently calling your "bad" shoulder! ;)

What type of Manganese should we be looking for in a supplement? Chelated, Citrate, Bisglycinate?

After 4 months of trying everything that includes resting, eating red meat, recovery as in no workout for 1, 2, 3, or even 4 days but still have pains in biceps and the shoulder. Don't have any Manganese in my selected supplements. This morning decided to force the movement in biceps, rotator cuff and 95% of pain has gone. Tomorrow, gonna get some of those Manganese. DOCTOR BERG, YOU'RE AWESOME 👌 👏 😎 ♥ ❤ 🙌.

I had a successful rotator cuff surgery a year ago, I have fasted a lot to expedite the healing process, eating healthy, watched every video you upload, and now I'm back to normal thanks to you ! my question is, will amazon manganese sold on their website be legitimate ? or should we just focus on food instead ? thank you !!

Most things that have extra manganese in them have a lot of carbohydrates. Certain grapes, for example, are relatively high in manganese. Concord grapes for one.

@@thesaffronsikh9255 @K. M. same problem I have started taking magnesium 200gm. And have started holding my leg for 90sec towards my stomach, stretching the groin area, this gives some relief. Also have heard that emotional trauma can generate pain and stiffness. Will keep posted on the medication and exercise has helped or not in a month. Till then sending love and healing your way.

I developed extremely painful shoulders (both) with drastically reduced flexibility over the span of 10+ years from poor sleeping habits. Vitamin D changed everything for the better, life changing even. I'm assuming it helped absorbtion of other nutrients like manganese that was needed to heal. My level is still only 31.5 of 100 but I am MUCH better off than I was before supplementing with vitD. Even when I've stopped taking it for a while, the shoulders remained feeling well, meaning it had a lasting actual healing effect 🙂

Greetings Dr. Eric, Thanks for the Wonderful Share about that Adequate Nutrition with Proper Physical exercise heals the Tendon injury over a period of time. Having Suffered Fractured and Dislocated Shoulder, I agree with the fact that Healing is a slow, gradual process with some limitations. Take care. Thanks with regards, RanjithJoseph (R.J)

Most rotator cuffs heal with initial rest followed by a supervised exercise program with a doctor of physical therapy. You don’t surgery even if it’s a full thickness tear, a surgeon will insist and most believe them but always try conservative care first for 6-8 weeks.

I have a neighbour very much suffering from frozen shoulder. Am I right in thinking that this is different to rotator cuff injury, and that manganese wouldnt necessarily help. I personally had horrible lower back arthritic pain at night. I purchased some manganese after watching some of your videos, and that pain has now toned down enough for me to be able to sleep. And this sharp reduction of pain pretty much happened over night. Thank you so much.

For TEN years following a car accident my shoulder was killing me and doktors kept recommending rotator cuff surgery, but I kept saying, NO! I went to a PT who manipulated my shoulder and arm. I thought she broke my elbow when she put my ULNAR NERVE back into place! By the end of the day the shoulder pain was GONE, and I had full movement! I often wonder how many people are talked into unnecessary, *WRONG* surgeries by money hungry doktors!!?? If I had done the surgery it would NOT have helped the pain or the problem. Thank you Dr Berg for your advice on our health issues and offer CURES when these awful doktors out there are only in it for the money.
