I thought he was taught Genjutsu dispelling since its also a training of chakra control. SPOILERS That's why he, along with his Kage Bunshins and Uzumaki benefits, was able to master sage mode faster and even create his own jutsus. Finally, he was able to share nine tails chakra to everyone in the last arc which was one of the biggest game changers

@@46corazon The Genjutsu training was very very brief and even if Naruto succeeded, as Jiraiya said, against stronger foes like Itachi(or everyone that uses genjutsu in Shippuden really, so the training was really just for that one scene) you basically have to rely on commarades. Plus, Jiraiya himself was not good regarding Genjutsu, for what that's worth. SPOILERS And all genjutsu training seems even more pointless when he has Kurama to snap him out of any potencial genjutsu in the future.

To understand sasuke they need to put themselves into his shoes. They don’t do that. They only look at him through an outside perspective. You don’t have to like his character, but if you put yourself in his shoes you can see that sasuke is a good character overall (in terms of writing)

Quentin Jones Yeah you’re right. But I’m mainly talking about analyzing and understanding his character. If you start to think like sasuke and imagine how severe his trauma is, you will likely start to understand why he is acting the way that he is acting. Whereas if you look at him from an outside perspective you would question the things he does most of the times and things like that. Obviously we can’t 100% put ourselves in his shoes because none of us have experienced that.
