Check the rear sear from underneath. It‘s probably bolted from underneath. Looks like the seats are movable, so moved forward and up to get access from underneath. On my 4 seater VW Phaeton there were 2 bolts at the front and the rear was held in by clips/hooks. So the whole center console could stay in.

I hope Vlad feels better, on the interior why do you have to take the center console out ,those are bucket seats so you can just take the seat out and cover the center console. Best copart cars are low mileage and as new as possible. And hopefully its the first crash. Low miles and age makes it more probable. Usually they are expensive but end result is better with less work. Fixing takes less money so sometimes the final cost is close to same. But with less work and headache. This kind of rear damage is much better than front collision with frame rail damage.
