Steve and his team are terrific. Honest, great workmanship and go the extra mile. I recommend them to all my RV friends.

Well said Steve, we've been in the Marine repair business for 42 years. Many times I tell our customers price alone will not provide a true comparison of valve. Thank you for returning my call for the new sealed fan bearing for a new Coleman basement air We are working through the pain. Thanks again Jim

Steve and his family are good people, and they do good work. I just picked up my Journey yesterday(that's my rig in the video at 17:56, incidentally you can also catch a glimpse of her in Steve's into video)my point is I've found a great team that is knowledgeable and that's so worth it to me to keep coming back. "My bad Steve for not being diligent enough on the air filter change." Thanks for taking care of her.

When working in Commercial HVAC, it was common for customers to ask for a lower price. When ever providing a quote I gave them a written scope of work listing what was included. When the question of price came up I would hand the scope to them and ask them which scope item they would like me to eliminate in order to lower your price?

Great video! I rarely comment, but felt the need to do so here. We have owned RVs for the last 26 years. My career has been in operations and am a little of a perfectionist when it comes to maintence. Obviously many are not. My dad ran a small business for his entire career. While growing up working for him, I heard him say many times that “the hardest folks to work for are the general public!” Watching your video reminded me of that. We live in Texas and currently own a Renegade super c. If we were ever in your area I would not hesitate to ask for help from your group. Credibility is no doubt the formula for longevity. Even when dealing with some folks that tend to be cheaper than the RVs they driving. 😂 Hang in there! Love your channel!

When you buy parts at the dealer you understand it’s going to cost more. It’s about the dealer having the expenses of keeping it in stock as well as the convenience of you not having to wait a week. Also you can see/feel the quality

another great 25 mins of learning abt these things called recreational vehicles . I always get excited when I see a new post from Shelburne RV. BTW then term RECREATIONAL VEH should be taken with a grain of salt some times,. Keep up the good ,fair and honest work my Friend. You and your staff provide a very needed service.

Hey Steve. Great video as always (Im an engineer and appreciate what you teach us through your videos). Just a word of encouragement.... I live in Forsyth Georgia (45 miles south of Atlanta) and If my Tiffin needs repair I am bringing it to Shelburne RV. You are fair, knowledgeable, care about your employees and are customer centric....all the things a good business should be. It's hard to find a good repair shop like yours. There are a lot of questionable repair shops out there that do substandard work. The LAST thing that I would consider is price. You get what you pay for and you have to support the small businesses. There is always a reason the low bidder is the low bidder. Keep up the great work my friend. ps....please don't go to work at Publix :>)

For the fellow who started bellyaching from the getgo about him buying the part for less cost that you......thats a warning of his character going forward....he likely has the kind of wife who always sends her food back to the kitchen several times etc, etc

Better to pay a little more now than wish you had later.
