I got lucky and found a few of the old Stanleys a couple of weeks ago. I'm currently using them to build some commander toolkits to store all my singletons that I can rummage through by color. Huzzah!

Dewalt also makes the single drawer box, and it has the same containers inside the drawer, with each container having its own lid. So you cam have the clear top box on top, the drawer on the bottom, and still access and interchange all the containers as needed

I just bought a couple of the "good" Stanley ones from home Depot, so they're still selling them. I'm sure they'll keep manufacturing them until the injection molds wear out. The thing is, it SUCKS for it's intended purpose. It's pretty flimsy and the latches are terrible. I have some DeWalt ones with the same layout but rounded corners. They will not fit a double sleeved commander deck. If you put the cards in face up the corners interfere, sideways there isn't enough room, vertically they wouldn't allow the lid to close. It's a shame because the DeWalt box is much nicer, but the compartments fit inside the Stanley ones.

That's good to know. It might be regional because I can't find them anywhere locally, that's why I gave up hope assumed they were discontinued. Thanks for letting me know so I can keep an eye out!

Harbor fright sells a unbranded version of the OG Stanley one for $13. Its just not waterproof. There Bauer pack-out is $34 and also the same as the Milwaukee pack-out and is waterproof. . They have really upped there game. I really like the Hercules job-site bags too. I use to hate Harbor Freight with a passion, but now there Hercules is my go too!

lol the manufacturer(s)saw that their product was being used “not as intended,” so they modified them to be more specific elsewhere! missing out on a big market, imo…

I know when Prof did his video on the Stanley's they were really hard to find online or in stores. (The stores near me anyway.) What I thought was hilarious was at the bottom of the listing on Amazon where it says "Customers who bought this also bought..." it was full of TCG stuff and Magic products. Not a tool in sight. It was like that for 6 months or so.

I’m shocked no KZbinr has taken a look at the Husky, 2 layer cantilever small part organizer. *slaps a stack of of two of them* These babies can hold enough cards to throw your shoulder out! You may even have enough room for commander tokens!
