Had the honour of being support crew for a friend at Swedeman last year (which was won by a Scottish fella) absolutely incredible events. Beautiful scenery, savage racing and stories for days. If you have the chance to go, as support or racing I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Agree with the comments below, outstanding production and to date, your best video. I'm amazed you took that on with next to no mountain running! Madness :) I've tackled a fair number Munros and they can be brutal. Watching mountain runners coming off these things at speed is a sight to behold and a skill worth practising. Well done Fraser.
