I was in Lush yesterday with my boyfriend, and said he should use Curly Wurly. (He has beautiful curly hair) After the initial, "nah, its girly stuff" I said that you used it. And that is when he said "well I could give it a try couldn't I..."

I use Frizz-ease sometimes. You put it in wet hair before you dry it and it helps your hair not to be so frizzy. There's a kind for curly hair, too. But it's heat activated, so you have to blow your hair dry after you put it in.

Hey Carrie! Since you asked for recommendations, from one curly-haired person to another, Moroccan Oil Curl Defining Cream is AMAZING. It is by far the best curling product I've ever used. I swear by R&B Hair Moisturiser, it is the perfect thing for my hair which is long, thick and curly and this just leaves it feeling so soft and less damaged and funnily enough revived! As someone that worked at lush you have some lovely classics in your tour drawer! Check out the hot hair masks. We just got them in in Canada but im pretty sure you've had them in the uk for a bit now. A good one for your hair might be damaged if your hair is constantly being hot curled and hair sprayed and such. Its a real good mask for the hair

Lush is my all time favourite shop, and I swear by Retread conditioner (I have really thick and damaged hair) and it makes me feel like I've had a salon treatment. I use it wish Jersey Bounce Shampoo and they work perfectly together, I imagine it will compliment your curly hair wonderfully! It's got corse sea salt in it and it smells so fresh and wonderful, I really think you'd love it!

I'm using a shampoo bar from Lush called soak and Float. It makes my hair so soft and lasts forever and my hair is just a bit longer than your. It also helps with my eczema on my scalp and I use it on rashes I have all over my body and it works like a treat!

As far as Lush, I use the Breath of Fresh Air toner spray. I am an actor and in between scenes during a recent show I would spritz some on and it would instantly wake me up and is light and refreshing. Not to mention it sits well under makeup but also can be sprayed on top even if the makeup isn't waterproof. I also like using ultrabalm from Lush on my tattoos and extra dry areas. It is a great all purpose skin product to just have in your bag.

Lush is literally my favorite store in the entire universe. And as a curly haired girl myself, I also use Curly Wurly, Retread, and R&B. I also use their shampoo called Rehab once a week as sort of a clarifying shampoo. It leaves my hair SO CLEAN. Since you mentioned that your hair goes through a lot, might I suggest their hair treatment called H'Suan Wen Hua. Love all your videos!

Carrie!!!! Try out Hair Custard from Lush!!! It is like R&B in the sense that it moisturizes and strengthens, but it also acts like a styling product without the crunchy-ness! It tames/defines curls and waves like a dream, and it helps it also smells like vanilla custard!

I have a potential suggestion! This would probably have to be done after Chitty, but I recommend doing a henna treatment on your hair! I also have really curly hair, and it was quite damaged because I hadn't cut it in so long, but I did the henna treatment, and it made my hair way softer. I say that this would be good for after you're done with Chitty, because it does change your hair colour. For me, nothing changed because I have very dark hair, but it will tint your hair a reddish colour or a dark brown depending on which kind you get. It's kind of one of for if you want a bit of a change but also really healthy hair. You can get a brick of it from Lush for about $30 and the colour typically lasts up to about three months (I think). It's also really healthy for your hair because it has all natural ingredients!

I use curly wurly even tho my hair is pretty much straight (it brings out the natural bit of wave I have) and it smells divine! I also love let the good times roll. I don't know if you have this in the UK but I use Garnier Frutis "Sleek and Shine" leave in conditioner. This is, like, the one thing that I would take with me if I was stranded in a desert island. I can't live without it. I put it in after I shower and it just smooths out all the knots super easily and you just leave it in and it makes your hair look amazing for forever (until you wash it again)

My hair is very similar to yours, though it's often ends up frizzy, I use Sunny Day from Lush to help. I use R&B as well, but what you should REALLY try is Queen Bee Hair Honey. It's kinda like coconut oil in that it comes as a solid block and you have to rub it in your hands until it becomes more liquid. Which is weird at first, I know. But it really works magic for curly hair!

I use the retread conditioner and honestly give it another few months and you'll get so used to the smell. I straighten my hair every day or so because it's the only way to tame my frizz all day, and I used to have the WORST split ends but ive been using it since june last year and havent had any split ends whatsoever. SO AMAZING would recommend 100% if you don't mind the smell (which goes away if you use argan oil or other products after washing anyway)

I use American cream, but as my hair is naturally straight, I usually pair it with fair trade honey. One of my dear friends who lives in London was complaining about how the harshness of the water was killing her curls- she's not really one for big name products, but I suggested she try curly wurly since I'd heard phenomenal things about it, and she decided to give it a go. It's now her go to when she has the funds available.
