There should have been no need for the Universe 7 team to dodge those blocks. If the gods were actually aiming at them, they would have gotten hit. And if the gods hit them... seems like a good way to get that god's universe disqualified and erased before the fight even starts, so I doubt that would have happened. So it's probably less that Jiren sensed the movements, and more that he better understood no god would be that dumb. Not even Champa.
