They reduced the mission down to 40, so now it's feasible to get without spending resources. Not only that, they made it so that it auto-completes for people who have shatter rares unlocked.

you have to uncheck auto shatter common modules for the event. It's a checkbox at the top right of the shatter screen.

I did a module merge batch to clean my inventory and then this event came. Obviously I couldn't get the last lvl. Do you have any tips to get to the keys? I'm at low Platinum (long way to go, I know) with 70B LTC

It's just going to take time. I wasn't even able to compete in Champion until 6 months ago. Mostly make sure you invest your stones correctly.
