@@TradMan Trying to figure if I should wear it on the left or right. I prefer the right. but I dont carry bottles at all. but if i did I would want the bottle in front. next to the mop squeegee handles.

That’s a fully loaded belt I use two pouches 1 bucket on belt. Scraper holder and generally carry only 2 blades ss pick the size needed before I start. Would mainly be wfp but do like to go back trad as it’s very relaxing lol. Have a few channels were they are custom size for a specific houses I do monthly as speeds it up

Appreciate the knowledge and experience you have shared. I am setting up a belt system now and the tips you have given are great. Do you get much of a wet leg from the Bucket you have the longer mop in. Seems to be a complaint a lot of other guys wrestle with?
@TradMan5 жыл бұрын
Thanks buddy, well personally i don't have issues but i don't make the applicator really saturated, i squeeze out some excess water. That way when i put the applicator back in the boab im not getting floods of water down my leg. I very rarely get much of a wet leg but also what helps is being accurate when returning the applicator to the boab so I'm not rubbing it down the edge of the boab and causing water to squeeze out and down my leg. Hope that makes sense

I suggest nylon nail bags, a sturdy leather belt, paint can hook(large towels or handled solution bottle), a double leather holster helps also. Firmly attach all to the belt where comfortable.

One bag for wet and one for dry towels. How you set it up with tools is your taste or budget.

Awesome belt set up! The front pouch is not my style however not needing to drop towels, or mixing wet with dirty. Add a multitool for tools to it for sure.

i have two pouches (wet cloth/dry cloth) and on my BOAB I have bolted on a hammer ring. i can therefore hold any size of squeegee I need with the blade being horizontal.

Nice 👌

Good idea to keep the wet towels in a second pouch. I try to keep them in the same Moerman bag but different pocket. Have to buy another Moerman bag.

Could you do a video about how you modded your snapper handles to 10 degree?...I would like to do that as well.
@TradMan5 жыл бұрын
Yeah. The handles are standard liquidator handles though, not snapper one.
@motto7755 жыл бұрын
You have to use a vice and bend them. Has to be the quick change handle not the snapper.

If you don't want to use a real bucket, this looks like a pretty good setup. But I use 30-inch squeegees and 30 inch applicators so the bucket on a belt don't work for me.

why all moermann? I work at fish so they have me by default using ettore i like them but im sure moermann has benefits?
@TradMan5 жыл бұрын
The moerman pouch is really good, holds your cloths, bottles, and two other pockets for whatever you need. The moerman bucket is good because it has a nice quick release clip and doesn't swing about too much either. I also use moerman squeegee due to them being the most adaptable tool on the market and giving the user zero detailing (with practice)

The reason is quite valid. I use a Samurai that can fit up to four Wagtails. It's well worth the cost!

Ridiculous wearing all that. The fatigue and weight on your waist and lower back. You need a webbing setup and spread the load on your shoulders. Hence why the police wear tactical vests

My belt is as extensive and all my needed tools come with as I move on the job. The saying " start old school stay old school" add " don't progress in your trade " Time is money, tools save time and/or effort, so..... Tools are money!
