I admire his ability to share. I suffer terribly with anxiety, and it's real. Being able to talk is so beneficial ❤

If anyone reading this needs, there's a mindfulness book I recently went through called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels and it helped. It taught me mindfulness exercises I can do, and I connected with them. It's also helpful to learn about boundaries...it's so important to say "no" to things that are anxiety inducing.
