Meliodas is the commandment of love. Estarossa is not a demon but one of the archangels so called Mael. Gowther manipulated everyone's mind thinking Mael is Estarossa and a demon and by giving the title commandment of love with a different definition i think.

Just wanna point out that zeldris was already in love with gelda before meliodas even met Elisabeth, and meliodas betrayal is what made the vampires think they have a chance at rebeling, so in other words meliodas falling in love with an enemy and betraying his clan is what proveked zeldris suffering having to choose between his loyalty and love, personally I think it is pretty reasonable for zeldris to hate his brother, ir was after all his selfishness that proveked everything, meliodas even said that when zeldris needed him the most he didn't help him

My guess is that zeldrios isn't going die because he a upper level demon he have 7 heart I haven't seen anyone took out one of s heart yet so in that battle am assuming that he just suffer a lot of damage and need more time to recover. It almost like when estarosa injured but instead zeldrios did have any speed up healing so he just losing consciousness. Waiting for someone to wake him up.

I personally think he's alive but people probably think that because: He fought Merlin, Escanor and Ludoshel with the two masters. Took hits form escanor (The One). Fought against King's sacred treasure and escanor together with The Sinner (who was basicly useless especially when compared to Zeldris). Fought against Mael with Sunshine and took a couple of hits from him. Managed to damage Mael who was fighting him head on. Attacked with everything he had at the moment in order to try and stop Merlin from casting her spell. Got attacked from behind by Mael with Sunshine. Fought against that thing made by the Demon King. Took a direct hit from a the Demon King while Zeldris himself was heavily fatigued. So at that point Zeldris was probably reaching his limit and that attack could be fatal. I did write this of the top of my head so I might be missing something or I might have added something. All in all Zeldris is the true demon MVP Also Meliodas has stated that even if your wounds heal the damage will remain unless you're immortal (during the fight with Hendrickson (red))
