Guru Singh what an inspiring and inspirational speaker. .From read his book buried treasure, which was Lent to me by my Kundalini yoga teacher. I’m starting to feel and think differently. Daily practice of kundalini yoga has also helped with this. Thanks you for helping me Guru Singh . Clara Mann

What I understand from this is that the imbalance in the body or the mind, or the society can create anger, which leads to aggression. The anger is temporary, the trick is to use the different methods for relaxation, and avoid destructive actions that will be harder to repair. The sublimation point is an interesting idea. The adoption of technology or ideas is connected to this concept.
