This is mostly true for the people on bench. Initially it sounds good and great to get paid while on bench without work, we can use the time and resources to upgrade our skills but when we stop getting calls or not getting in project it bugs and mostly demotivate people.... So it is always good to be working always, only on rare cases just for experience we can be on bench especially when we had hectic work in the past project or to upskill ourselves for the next job. Thank you for this video, it has been greatly summarized for the people who have not experienced while on bench.

Hello madam, i am in hcl sincs last one and half year. Earlier i was with different client . At that project was end on 30 june. After that a different client has taken my interview in dotnet and hired me. BUT AFTER that they put me on different project which is not in my skill set. Now i do not know what to do. Man I am a student of NIT Please explain In IT companies. During placement they ask for overall percentage or best 5 subject percent of class 10th because in class 10th i had 6 subject including additional subject Maths English Science Hindi. Social science Additional subject -I.T. ON CALCULATING =>hindi ,english,maths,science,social science i get ===56.4 percent because i got less marks on social science So mam can i replace my social science subject with my additional subject(IT) , because it help me to get 63.5 percent (hindi,english,maths,science,IT)==63.5% PLEASE HELP ME MAM🙏🙏

Dear waiting upto 3 months is normal, see how it goes, if you sense that no project is coming in near future, then search for another job(if you have exp); if you are a fresher, stick to the company and try to help your team/manager in some other tasks, you may ask them yourself. Also invest this free time in learning more skills
