nice rod man, to be fair with you the 1610 l-bfs is the one that you should have, it's like the craziest sensitivity for light jigging.

Personally, for travel I preffer cheap stuff like megabass levante for example (a multi purpose rod, not just BFS). Specialized fishing, I rather do it with a specialized gear, 1 piece rods. I don't own the 1610L Ultima, but it's on my wish list (pretty rare to find one).

They have a cheaper model the less pieces the cheaper I think a 1 piece is half the price. The multi pieces requires more to accomplish the effect as a single blank rod.

@@The_Multi-species_Angler how's the warranty? For 8-900 bucks I wouldn't be scared to hammer them. That spiral core if it's similar to the spiral wrap on the exprides those are bulletproof. To me if the warranty is not awesome I would have to pass on one all together. I have a tendency to almost backflip on hooksets. Lol
