In this show award winning travel journalist Ed Finn is on a Fabulous Food Trail across Northern Ireland. Starting his trip on the Carlingford Lough Ferry from Greenore in Co' Louth to Greencastle in Co Down and continuing on to Ballycastle on the Antrim Coast to Derry and Portstewart along the scenic Causeway Coast. On his travels he meets the people and places that produce all of NI's amazing culinary delights. Ed enjoy's Paddle Boarding and making Pizza at Tracey's Farmhouse Kitchen, he makes chocolate with the Neary Nogs, he samples the best pastries at Ursa Minor bakery and enjoys some amazing seafood at Daft Eddy's and Harry's Shack and he discovers some "Michelin" style truck food and foraging at Lo and Slo in Derry. Ed also tries his hand at filling a cream horn made famous from the Derry Girls TV show.
