It’s either the lawyer doesn’t know what he’s talking about or the homicide laws in Ghana are shallow and inefficient. Just do a quick google search on murder and manslaughter. This is a clear case of manslaughter, and manslaughter can be of various forms: voluntary manslaughter, unlawful act manslaughter, and gross negligence manslaughter. In any serious country with proper laws that care about human life, the culprit would be charged with manslaughter and tried as an adult. And the parents would be charged as well. But this is Ghana, a Third World country with little or no regard for human life, a debilitated justice system, and grossly incompetent institutions, so this might end up being a cold case. I really hope the families of the victims get the justice they deserve. My prayers and condolences to the bereaved families!

The driver doesn’t necessarily need to be distracted, on the phone or whatever for something like this to occur. He was driving at an insane speed. When you’re driving at high speeds, even if you brake suddenly, the car will continue moving for a while. The faster you’re going, the longer it takes for the car to come to a complete stop.

Hello, I witnessed the following incident. The people involved are my juniors at Cornestone International Academy. They were on their way back from Bliss and heading to Fika for boba. Unfortunately, when they reached the junction, they were hit by a Jaguar. Luckily, the girl who took the picture (Bella) and the girl at the far left corner, who is Bella's sister, survived and are currently at UGMC. Sadly, the two girls who were posing for the picture died. One of them died on the spot, and the other couldn't escape from the car because of the pole, which resulted in her death due to the fire.

Anyone who knows much about these cars and their sport modes should confirm this for me, yeah? At 13:21 of the video, if you listen to the sound, it gives a throttle which means he is driving on Sport mode which is not advisable if you are not a nerd when it comes to sport modes
