"How did everyone end up using swords" The answer is: they didn't. Swords were never really a primary weapon apart from the romans, where it bascially was just used as a tiny spear.

yeah they carried Pilum (a type of throwing spear) and then had a short sword specifically meant for stabbing while carrying a big ass shield. This meant they dealt damage to enemy formations from range and then if closed their super short weapons where less cumbersome.

Well the Egyptians had the khopesh which was sort of like a combination sword and axe, and the earliest swords seemed to be sickle-like blades used in ancient Babylon made from copper and bronze.

Swords were common in several classes of soldier, but yeah, they weren't the primary weapon in armies--swords are all metal, and metal is expensive, so most of the time your go-to for armies of common soldiers is cheaper, safer, easier-to-use spears. (Or clubs if you're in Mesoamerica where the objective is to incapacitate enemy soldiers so you can recruit them when you win.)

Around 1:07:45 it’s just funny hearing sneaky say that you wouldn’t be able to get tasty, healthy food if you were a billionaire. I concede it is an opinion what tastes good but there are dishes that are healthy that like probably 90% of people would like. There is stuff you can do to make a dish taste better without altering the healthiness of it such as the seasoning you use or how you cook it. If all someone likes is chicken tendies even, I guarantee there’s a way that a chef can make that delicious and healthy

Jungle camps should take reduced damage from champs if they don't have the jungle item. The damage reduction could also scale with % missing hp to prevent teammates from trolling you by last hitting your camps, while still allowing laners to leash camps for their jungler.

I’d suggest him to maybe go and try to reach challenger playing mid and jungle or something and see how good he understands how league can be played. Not only one S3 way of playing the game. That game alone came down to simply Viego and Sylas horribly not doing what they are supposed to do. Heavy trading mid. Opening map over mid creating pressure and thus tempo and then using the advantage to influence the map towards and stacking drakes.
