I had endometrial cancer about 13 years ago. Having a full hysterectomy is a big thing in any woman’s life, having cancer is even bigger. But each year you get more confident. Endometrial cancer is the easiest cancer to cure if it’s caught early. So any spotting, at odd times, in between periods or after the menopause should be taken seriously. Loved this makeover. She looked absolutely fab!

Love the conversation in the cab, especially about how are mothers can play such a role in how we feel about our bodies. so true! its painful to hear, and absoutely criminal judments from mums to daughters. Although my mum put her own figure down, she always praised mine, since i was a chind, it has made me content and confident with my slightly curvier hourglass shape that Emma's or Chloe's mum would also consider a bit overweight. So important not to distroy your daughter's self image.

Wow, that first print styled, blew my mind. I, like Emma, don’t like (or feel confident) tucking tops in. But, you cannot see any bump of a belly the way Trinny styled it. Emma! I have a very similar story. I also had endometrial cancer two years ago and had to have the huge surgery and radiation, and my body has changed a lot. I have always been curvy but I felt like I knew how to dress myself before. Now I feel like I don't recognize myself. It's great to see you take some time and effort for yourself to feel good again!

Poor Emma has gone through a lot, glad that Trinny helped her feel fabulous! She's beautiful :) I loved the outfit with the black dress and jacket, but the pink suit was perfection. I personally preferred those two outfits to the final jumpsuit. I LOVE the tip of wearing a jacket over one's shoulders as I'm struggling with hormonal issues and tend to sweat a lot, so a jacket is often too warm on me but this way it will keep my shoulders covered - brilliant ! Thanks Trinny :D

The thing is, sometimes when we look in the mirror we don’t see pretty. We see all kinds of not so pretty so a makeover shifts that perspective and hopefully Emma goes forward always seeing pretty when she looks in the mirror. Emma is not only a beautiful woman, she is a beautiful human being. She did looked stunning in the jumpsuit!
