Wow...$74,000...today this home is $120,000+ where I live. Probably $130,000 or more with a few options. Then there's probably about another $10,000 delivery and setup cost Everything has going up in cost/value except my money.

Wow $10k delivery and setup?, where?, this home in my area is 80k but delivery/setup is $39k for all double-wides and $19k for all single wides, $40k for setup and delivery, that's almost half the price of the home it's insane

As tempting as it is to get a house like this… I rather have a modular home because you get the look of a house rather than this style of a double wide. But dangggg the 5 bedrooms is what makes it tempting to buy it. Just a few upgrades and it would be nice

Would you happen to know if the walls and cabinets can be upgraded in this particular home? Like drywall instead of the lines everywhere?

For TRU homes you can not upgrade the homes. You can make small changes like no carpet in the home but for upgrades like drywall and cabinets changes no.

You can always finish the walls yourself it's just putting drywall mud to fill the gaps and then paint it🤷‍♀️, you can change everything on this home to make it as fancy as you want, my uncle has this exact model and the changes he's done you can't even tell its a mobile home

Ok, I love this house. I see upgrades in the future. A beautiful deck and porch. I want a jacuzzi or a spa pool. I want a nice retirement home with beautiful land to create a beautiful garden/ vegetables. To me that's good living. Simple and comfy!!🙌🏼

It doesn’t look like a triplewide but thats not a problem. The house is beautiful but i would change the master tub if possible. But with how affordable this house is, I’d take everything as is!!!!

1) Thank you very much for narrating instead of playing music throughout the whole video, I like that so much more. 2) I like the general size and layout. But for a house that size the kitchen feels small. And I wish there was a window in the master bathroom and or closet.

The fine decor does a lot for this home. I'm not a big fan of this home some of the closets are too small and would love to have seen a window in the master bath. It was too dark. But I'm sure this would make a great home for a big family. Thank you so much mobile home Diva for taking time out to show us all the different options a manufactured home buyer has. I can already see how my family could fill this home. I wish the walls were drywall and the cabinets look older with exposed hinges. I always would upgrade to no carpet. Personal preference and allergy prone family. That price sure is exciting! Was there a pantry? I'd love doors off the dining area to a deck. Thanks fot another great tour, Diva. Good day yes that moble home is nice but those thin strips that run down the wall allow heat to escape. I follow Kristina Smallwood also she very informative check out her videos she really break down alot

Yeah it is cheap and mediocre at best but for fhe price you can change just about everything on this home, i mean where else are you gonna find a 2000 sq ft 5 bedroom home for under $100k brand new??, for the money I'd save buying this home i would make this home as fancy as i want it, go to habitat restore and buy materials, do the updates myself to save even more money and I'll be set😊

This home has a lot of bang for the buck. At the based price at just under $75,000 it’s hard to beat. Some of the finishes look rather cheap but one can only except so much for a home at this price. The cabinets, the shower and bathrooms are not going to win any design awards. It’s barebones despite having four guest bedrooms. So as is I’m not a fan of this home. However in comparison to the price this is what you get. It’s a great starter home for a growing family. In that regard, it is a decent value.

Nice home but this is a double wide. This is a runner or economy. You cant change anything. They are sold as is. Manufacturers are making homes that fit everyone's budget.

There are the ‘Wonder’ and ‘Pride’ that have four bedrooms and two baths; they come with the separate den. They are also made by TRU Homes.
