Have you experience any issues with this home?, leaks, flooring issues, etc? Was it setup properly?, I'm sorry I've just heard so many horror stories regarding clayton homes and the improper setup issues

No problems at all. The home is a Clayton home, but we didn't buy it from Clayton. We bought it from Hawks mobile home. They our the #1 dealer in the state of Arkansas. They set it up right the first time. They even call periodically to see if there are any issues. They care about their customers. No complaints my sister just all positive praise.

This is a nice house. Love the kitchen, storage and master bedroom and bath room. The price is great for a house this size too.

Another great home. Not much to complain about. My changes would be placing the registers in the ceiling. In the utility room I’d have a sink. Also I’d get a more expensive looking shower door in the master. All these things can easily be done via a few upgrades. Overall the home is very well laid out. Thoughtfully that is. Finally at this price point you are getting a lot of home. Even without the upgrades it’s clearly move in ready. A clear 10/10.

Do you think it would be possible for them to have the heating vents in the floor but the AC vents in the ceiling?, i say this because in the winter I'd rather have heating down below since heat rises and would warm the home better, yet in the summer I'd prefer cooling from up top, I'm not sure how or if that wld work because i know nothing about that sort of stuff but just curious to know really why they put the vents in the floor in the 1st place instead of maybe along the base boards like a traditional stick built home

Really like this one. Would prefer A/C ducts in ceiling and wonder about the TV wall being on the inside wall and bigger windows in the family room area. Storage is amazing. Even so I'd like traditional vanities. Adjustments that could all be made. Price is nice for all we'd get. Thanks for another great tour, Diva. ❤

I don't like open floor plans with the living room, dining room & kitchen that runs together as one great big room. I like a fire 🔥 place in the living room. I don't like no sink or dish washer in the island. I prefer wood shelving in all closets, not wire shelves. I like French or garden doors, instead of sliding glass doors.

But why they got the 2x4 showing like that in the doors should be covered. Then the sheet rock around the doors are not cut evenly, its rigid. That aint right no 2×4 in the walls should be showing like that.
