It's a very big question. There are many bodged up shiny modified Stags at 15K but in reality generally needing total strip & rebuild costing in excess of 40k to make a proper car. There is the odd one available if you are lucky at 20k ish but to buy the best should be paying nearer 30k. Still ridiculously cheap compared to mad Ford prices (basically tin box puddle jumpers, with a racy engine) or the equivalent E Type or SL double plus plenty.

I just got my stag recently for 600, its the yellow one i posted in the group that was abandoned a US one, im going to restore it but i never knew how salty some people could be about me getting one lol

@ArryTheStag yeah ive noticed lmao but hey ill be restoring it and having fun as its pretty savable, just i gotta find other people here in the states who own them so i can go to there meets, otherwise thanks for the videos they have been really helpful and if its alright could i message you on Facebook in the future if i need help restoration wise or engine wise as im only 21 this is my second ever car lmao and im pulling her out of bushes and a abandoned house

I know where there is a Stag in very shabby condition so in the barn find category. Worse still, it has a Ford Granada engine. Now I know this will be a step too far for many but I am seriously considering acquiring it and converting it to electricity once the bodywork, chassis and interior has been restored. Has anybody done this to a Stag yet?
