I appreciate this deep dive that begins to tease out the difference between human intelligence and machine intelligence. However, the machine does not have to be human to pose a danger. Similarly, a machine being human does not have to be true ontologically for people to mistake it as one or treat it as human or give it the same rights and privileges.
