I love the constant grin on your face as you start driving it. It’s exciting to get an old car. I just bought a 20 year old car and was thrilled with that. Then my daughter bought a 40 year old Ford F150 and she’s just like you… Constant grin every time she looks at it.

We have a 72 Gran Torino Sport. Its yellow and has a 429. My husband use to drag race it in the 80's and 90's. Its our show car now and enjoy driving it on the street.

I once bought a used mercury grand marquis " I called it my grandpa car" from a little old lady that had a small dealership. My husband and I chatted her up so much, she gave me the keys, the pink slip, and I never paid her? We were up the road when I realized it and turned around to go pay her!!! We all had a great laugh about that.

loved the music you edited in. Cripple Creek brought back memories when I was a kid and some young fellows would come to our house with guitar and banjo and that was one of the tunes they played and I also heard a mouth harp -my granddad would play one. Ford trucks are also a part of my memories...I think that old truck pretty awesome and I watched where you were talking to Alex about keeping shiny chrome etc...love that idea so I envisioned chrome wheels!
