My heart breaks everyday. I am a licensed Cosmetologist & stylist. I work for myself. I already have to do a side hustle in care taking just to survive on a regular basis. Since COVID-19 started I've been unable to work, pay bills, rent, etc. I still haven't been able to apply for an EIDL or PPP, because during the 1st wave I wasn't able to even get on the site to apply, the 2nd wave has been approved, but the applicants that already filed during the 1st wave get first dibs. I've made less then $1,000.00 since March 12th, I go to bed hungry most nights & my anxiety is through the roof. I'm a strong queer person that has been through some very difficult times, but right now in 2020 I'm at my lowest. I don't know what I'm going to do. I'm writing this comment through tears, because I received an eviction notice today. I'm still behind from April. I try to stay strong, but I'm scared to death!!!

Admiral crunch, you’re a jackass. Mr. Regalado, I disagree with Trump roughly 2/3rds of the time, and to defeat his bad policies instead of his innocuous and or good policies we must attack only the bad ones. I.e. Trump took most of the reasonable steps on a similar timeline as seen in much of the west prior to US having infection rates in double digits. The ban on Chinese travel into the US (this should go without say, of course that excludes all US citizens, we aren’t China) was actually done earlier than all other western countries that had infection rates in the 1,000s like Italy, Britain, Spain, France, etc. They had already been infected, yet didn’t ban travel from China until the US did it, whilst having less than 100 cases. I will agree with criticisms of his handling being late, and that being the testing. Moreover, I could see a case against his rhetoric being pedantic, possibly negligible. Point being we should hone in our attacks, be precise, have alternative solutions and or proposals to said argument, and avoid throwing mud at the wall and seeing what sticks.

Greg Piskos we aren’t “more affected” by any measure of any data being used by the WHO the CDC(US) and task force. Rather, we have successfully ramped up production through our quasi free market capitalist means, leading to data that bears out higher numbers, not by any standard showing a rate higher per capita of other countries trajectories. Moreover, the market picked up the slack, helping quell the original slow inefficient underprepared federal government plan/execution.

Even though I knew he was a comedian, I can see why people wouldn't think it was from a comedian. While it was entertaining, and spoke truth to power, so I enjoyed watching it a few times, but I didn't consider it particularly funny. While it sorta reminded me of Lewis Black and Jon Stewart in delivery, it didn't seem any funnier or over the top than say, Eminem or Gordon Ramsay. Or at least, not intentionally funny. Can someone explain the humor of it?
