4 days after the movie came out that I watched it, I was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer.I was blown away by the coincidence and timing of both movie and diagnosis.I was terrified but God apparently got still has plans for me as I'm doing well almost 2 years later.

I have read " I Still Believe " and " Melissa's If One Life " , and have seen the movie. My personal walk started at a later age, however, after reading, and watching this movie, I have fully committed my life to Jesus'. I hope and Pray that many receive Salvation and to remember We Walk By Faith and not By Sight. Oh and by the way, I am keeping a Journal, Now!

Hello from Guatemala, Our pastor's wife passed away January 9, she had almost a year of ups and downs battling with cancer, being declared cancer free in August last year, then it came back and she went Home in less than a week. It has been hard on all of us, she was my Guatemalan mom (I am French), she has taught me so much and made me into the Christian wife, mother and sister I am now, but some days her absence is just so painful and paralyzing. When I hear the details of Melissa's life and how her family around her manages to keep going it is helpful and encouraging. Thank you ❤

Just watched the movie. My husband watched it first then told me to watch it, that it was good. It seems like I cried the whole time.... I loved Melissa and Jeremy's faith. I'm glad she had such an awesome person as Jeremy in her life at that time. God definitely put them together. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I watched the movie on Friday night not knowing anything about their story. I loved I Can Only Imagine and was waiting on this movie to come out so that I could get more of Jesus. I was lead to Melissa's web page on Saturday, the day after I saw the movie, and when I saw the book I immediately bought it. Words can't describe the feeling I got reading Melissa's words from her journal. Seeing how truly devoted to Jesus she was through her journals was amazing. I felt the movie was great and Jeremy and Melissa's story is so beautiful. The book moved me in a way I can't explain. I could literally feel Melissa's joy and love in her conversations with Jesus. I couldn't put the book down until I had read every page. Janette and Mark the loss must be huge for you. She seemed like such a bright light and joy to have. I can only hope I can learn to love Jesus with that much conviction and faith. God bless you Janette for sharing her wonderful story. Her life with Jesus was the real love story.

When I "first" watched the movie with my daughter I thought we were just watching another love story. Well it turned out to be a lot more and what I needed to see. To me the movie/story was Melissa's faith and it was so beautiful that when she continued on, I wanted to fall in love with Jesus too. I want the same faith for my loved ones and everyone. Then doubt set in quickly that maybe it was more movie and not so real life. But then I came across this and to hear that Melissa's faith was so true right to her transition. Now she's with Jesus where we all hope to be. I Still Believe is definitely a love story, the truest kind. I'm not the greatest with words and how to express through words what her story meant to me. To have that faith in Jesus and to completely surrender yourself to his will knowing that its all for the best even when we cant see. WOW! As humans we like to think we are in control even when we know deep down that we're not. I'm just rambling on now, just really want to thank you for sharing. With love in Christ Jesus pray that we all have such faith. The world needs us too. "Even just one"

I too lost a daughter to cancer in 2013 and that year I heard you speak at the Umbrella Ministries Conference in San Diego. I was so raw and hurting then as my 29 year old daughter had just died on April 28 and the conference was just a few weeks after that. I will be forever grateful for that weekend - though painful b/c I didn't want to be there (NO mom wants to think of losing a child - and we hadn't even had my Megan's celebration of life service yet when I attended the conference!) - it was the start of the healing that I will be forever grateful for. Though no mom wants to lose a child - I can testify to God being with us every step of the way and continues to be. I have not "lost my Megan" - I know where she is and can now help to bring hope and healing to other moms as I lead the OC chapter of Umbrella Ministries in So Cal. God uses our pain to bless others and bring healing to our own hearts and I am grateful I can give back now.

Can't tell you how timely it is for YOU ALL who loved Melissa (parents, siblings, Jeremy/Adie, friends) to honor her life in such a way that points people back to the power of Jesus Christ. I've got MORE than I can handle at this stage of my life without Jesus. Thank you Jeremy and Adie for using your platform to bring others to Christ. Dear Mrs. Hennings, I have yet to see the movie or read the book, but as Jesus would say, "Truly, I tell you," this video was uplifting, and an absolute affirmation of faith.
