But Wayne, every homeowner suffers that. Not just in Jamaica. In one month I had to get a new oven, service my boiler and change the thermostat, get my leaking sink fixed, I thought the washing machine had gone too but I went onto KZbin and fixed it myself. The cold wet winter weather (in England) has made my patio door step start to rot. The list is endless ❤
