Great job as usual Keda on your presentation. It's a beautiful home, nice, spacious indoors and outdoor spaces. Great, high ceilings. I also love the color palate, calm, soothing tones, very welcoming. Love how fruited it is, definitely a plus as well. For the price point I'm a bit disappointed there are no closets. There are closet spaces with rods but since none of them have either doors or shelves, to me they're really just closet spaces. I'm also finding the main kitchen layout a bit less than ideal if the left corner space is where the stove would go. I figured out where the fridge would go to the right of the sink.....whether its fridge or stove to go on the left its goung to make for a bit of back and forth in meal prep and cooking. Otherwise something may have to go up against the empty wall. Either way, doesn't seem all the way thought out. The laundry room, I'd love even a single sink for the price. The self-contained flat is also nice. Similar closet issues. Not seeking an area for laundry on that side. Love the separate walk way and entry, wondering how that will feel when carrying in groceries though.

Realtors and mortgage brokers/lenders in Jamaica should do better at answering prospective buyers. Not to mention the stress to get a pre approval. I have been trying to get a pre approval for mths. Worst if you life abroad - it’s so frustrating. Why does a pre approval takes mths - this system is slow and bad for buyers. Please re- do this pre approval thing. It should really take far less. Some of these bankers don’t even answer.

I say to poor people who have worked so hard to get some money, don't allow the people like relax to onload you of your hard earn cas ack like you are poor, and don't allow the white people to charge us a fortune especially if we are black. All of a sudden we are hearing the price in us $ in stead of Jamaican. You can get beautiful bih homes in america for 1 or 2 million with lots of land to plant food and these owners are looking for suckered to rob.
