Hello Eric, it saddens me that you felt you needed to create and post this video. Haters gonna hate and unfortunately I think you will need to develop thicker skin. I totally agree an estimate is sufficient, what you paid is irrelevant and your personal business. Either someone likes your quote or doesn't, that's business. Also, your initial quote for me was not significantly higher than KS-50 and your quality so much better. Stay true to yourself, those that appreciate your honesty will flock to you. The others can go fly a kite and travel their road alone.

I have had similar experiences from watching old videos. I felt cheated initially, but I came to noticed that ppl upload old videos which were not in line with the current prices of materials on the market.

That is the reality, people always want to compare and contrast, but reality is you can not when it comes to products such as windows and doors, depending on the features a person chooses determines the price build up.

I think the closest you can come to that is having fixed security mesh screens on the outside of the window and then louvres behind them.

@@GhanabaKwaku Hi Eric.....there are such a thing as security louvered windows. We have them in the Virgin Islands. They became very popular here after Hurricane Irma/Maria back in 2017. I thought I would never want them, but I would prefer them over the bars on my windows. I can show them to you, the security bar is across where the glass have to go. You can't break into them. The glass can break, but that is it, the bar goes across each louver.

I avoid videos that do not mention cost. By looking at the year or month video was posted, I am able to gauge what it might cost another person. No sensible person will expect to get the same cost based on a youtube video. It is all about getting a cost range. i am out and I am not gonna watch the rest of the video

Asking the price for your windows is just a way to guide the mind as to what to expect. Obviously there would be discrepancies in design or specifications but if I'm asking the price it doesn't change anything. It'll just guide me. You're just milking this for content. That's creative.

When I started building I watched videos from years ago and it helped me a lot even if the pricing is invalid but it guided me. Everyone with their system though. I'm not criticizing yours. Hi Barry, Eric is the real deal on or off KZbin. I am working with him on my own project for windows and doors and he has been nothing but upright and open. Perhaps if you could email his team with your window schedule and work with him one on one on your own project.
