What’s the point of women freezing their eggs😂 Are they going to wait until 60y/o to have a child 🙄🤡
@AirBusDriver79
@AirBusDriver79 16 күн бұрын
I've seen this happen to several women. They get to their mid 30's and haven't found a husband or had kids. Then they freeze their eggs to buy more time. Not realizing that the longer they wait, the fewer men are available. By the time a woman is in her early-mid 40's there are VERY FEW men in the same age range who are good looking, successful, and haven't been snatched up. The best case a woman in her 40's will find is a guy who is divorced. More likely she'll find a guy who has issues, got divorced, and has children already. Lots of baggage.

The odds are actually far worse than fertility clinics let on. I’ll share a related story from my side. My wife and I appear had two kids but wanted a late third child in our early forties. We had several pregnancies that took and all failed. Two were IVF’s even with “B grade” eggs. Didn’t matter. At around the end of the first trimester all failed. We eventually gave up. What they are not telling you is IVF is predominantly focused on fertilisation. Not the success of the pregnancy going fully to term and having a child without mental or physical health issues. This whole thing about eggs, eggs, eggs is only a small part of the real picture. By the way, the fertility clinic had counselling services for failed pregnancies. That means they happen a lot and I recall seeing other women in tears more than once when we went there.

Hi Rich, I'll give you some secret insight so I used to donate sperm at a fertility clinic and something interesting that I noticed during the screening process (and they REALLY screened for this) for sperm donors is that you are not allowed to be a sperm baby or test tube baby for whatever reason and they didn't disclose they were very vague about it they did not want sperm from a person born via IVF to donate sperm, so who knows what complications that they are hiding..

@@EntrepreneursInCars Here's what Chat GPT thought about the guy's comment: That's an interesting comment, and it raises some speculative points about sperm donation practices and the potential long-term implications of IVF (in vitro fertilization). Here’s how to interpret the comment from both a scientific and practical perspective: Screening Sperm Donors: Fertility clinics are known for being meticulous in screening sperm donors. The process typically includes assessing physical health, genetic background, psychological traits, and lifestyle factors. The reason for rejecting certain candidates (including those conceived via IVF) could be a precautionary measure. IVF and Genetic Concerns: While children conceived through IVF generally live healthy lives, some studies have suggested a slightly increased risk of certain genetic or developmental issues, possibly due to the complex interventions used. The potential hesitation in accepting sperm from individuals born through IVF might stem from concerns about unknown long-term genetic consequences or epigenetic changes associated with IVF, which clinics want to avoid in donors. Unexplored Epigenetics: Epigenetics refers to how environmental factors or medical interventions can alter gene expression. There is ongoing research into whether IVF might lead to subtle epigenetic changes, which could affect the health or fertility of future generations. Fertility clinics may not want to take risks with donors who have an IVF background until more definitive data is available. Avoiding Inbreeding Risks: Another possible reason might be to prevent unintentional consanguinity (inbreeding). If IVF offspring were to donate sperm, and if many IVF procedures occurred in the same region using shared donors, the potential for genetic overlap could be a concern. Lack of Disclosure: Clinics often don’t disclose every detail of their decision-making processes. This could be due to the lack of complete understanding of certain risks or simply to avoid alarming potential donors or patients with speculative issues. Ultimately, while it seems precautionary, the exclusion of sperm donors conceived via IVF might reflect the fertility industry’s caution in avoiding any unknown long-term risks associated with the process.

You’ve already given us some of the very best advice about women which is always 100% true, “Women will never be satisfied or happy all of the time.” So you just have to let them be unhappy sometimes and don’t worry about always trying to make them happy all of the time, because they never will be happy or completely satisfied all of the time. My youngest daughter is 31 happily married with two kids now 2 years and one year old now, her and her hard working husband are just tired all time at 32 and 31. So I don’t know how these chicks think that they are going to be able to keep up with having kids in their 40’s, 50’s, sixties and beyond. I was really in love with a girl that I never got the opportunity to be with and she decided to have kids at 40 years old, she is 54 years old these days with eight kids born with invetro fertilization as twins and two sets of triplets. Her and her parents wanted me to be the father of her kids and I wasn’t able to do that, so her mom calls me up every couple of years to blame me for not being there for her daughter and how she now has something like manic depression and how it is all my fault. This girl was a completely solid 9 and half when I first met her in 1988 and she was 18, tall 6’ / 2 Meters tall, railer skinny, perfect body, blond hair, blue eyes, completely fun to be around, all fake. Actually 5’ 5” / less than a meter and a half tall, brown hair and eyes, now she is like less than a three at 200lbs / 90 kilograms plus. I still dream of being truly happy with the hot tall skinny blonde girl that she was, I really truly loved her with all of my heart. Anyway Thanks again Rich, you’re doing a great job, keep up the good work.

I love it when a gal *forces* me to take her to an expensive dinner date. If she’s rude throughout it, get a to go box and leave.. if she’s pleasant and is gonna take an Uber back home or is gonna drive home, surprise them when the waiter comes and you’re ready to go and ask for separate bills and that you’re paying cash.. watch all the color drain out of their face.. When she starts to try to shame you, ask her what’s wrong? You wanted to take her to the park, get ice cream, or do a coffee date, *SHE* however asked you out to the expensive place.. you’re just being a gentleman and covering your half instead of making her pay for everything.. they always look dumbfounddd.. you won’t hear from her again and the chances of her doing this again to anyone else goes way down

I had a girlfriend in/after college that left me because the grass was greener. 12 years later I am successful with a great career, house, side business, fitness, etc. She is now 37 and her family continuously reached out to me (until I blocked them) to give her another shot because she had frozen her eggs and the clock is running out. The delusion is real.

I've dated a few fast closing in on 40 and chatted with a few others closing in on 50 who told me they're definitely 100% wanting their own baby. Some waiting until they know I'm seriously considering them then drop this bomb. I've seen where almost 40 and above did get their baby and have to live with autism now. Some had babies at over 50 and the children flawless but it's like winning the goldball jackpot on the first ticket you buy.

My Mother had me at 36 and had my liittle brother at 46. She NEVER took any birth control pills, anti depressants, and was never overweight. Those three factors have a huge impact on a woman's ability to have children, egg freezing and egg count aside. Most women are never taught how to "protect" their fertility.

Putting the whole success object / beauty object issue to the side. Women should want to get their family done in their 20s for their own benefit and the benefit of their children. The fact women can't even be honest with themselves about the fact their clock is ticking speaks to how disassociated they have become from reality.

Health complications are number 1 concern. But let's say these women get lucky and face no health complications. Just the task of tsking care of a new born in their late 30s or early 40s will sap your energy. And by the time the child is 10 or in their early teens, the women will be 50. Handling kids of that age at your age of 50 is not easy unless you are rich and can afford a full time help. Even then it's not easy and you'll have to dedicate your life to the children. If you want to have kids and i say this for both men and women, have them as early as possible. 35-40 should be the the upper limit for guys and below 30-35 should be for women for optimal health and having the energy to enjoy parenthood. What good is parenthood if you get tired when your little toddler is running around like a duracell bunny and you cant be with them?

I had a friend who spent thousands on a woman he was dating (shes late thirties) trying the whole IVF - in the end it didn't work. I thought to myself, the amount of money you're wasting when you could have spent that money on yourself to attract a younger woman... I saw him last year and you know what, hes still in a relationship with her and hes not happy. He can't get a replacement because he let himself go and the money he spent went on an old woman who can't give him children. If you want children, look for a woman in her twenties.
