Unwanted intrusive thoughts are the exact opposite of what you desire. They go against your true intentions. It's important to remember that good, kind people can have scary, unwanted harm thoughts.
Understanding this can help dissolve anxiety. Allowing these thoughts to flow and making room for new ones is incredibly powerful. The content of the thought itself is meaningless. There is never a problem with any single thought. The issue arises from our innocent overreaction and the 1000 thoughts we have about the initial thought.
