Like I kiss my friends cheeks all the time? And some, even though we're straight, we'll actually kiss, and I know we're not the only ones. It's not unusual at all, it's just a way to show affection. Common between friends, especially on the cheek like that. Gage was obviously just curious and had to find out if it would work out in person. James has a huge ego and couldn't stand not being with him. Gage wanted things to be resolved and have mutual closure by talking in person. James shut him down, and blasted him on Twitter. His tweet got some traction, deleted it, and told Gage to keep his mouth shut or else there'll be consequences. Gage points out he needs to clear his name now, and James continues to put words in his mouth and tells hin what to say in the video, as if Gage doesn't have the right to speak for himself with his own words. I hope those vitamins are helping you sleep James, because I wouldn't get a wink of sleep knowing I treat other people like garbage.

From how the texts and videos sound, James was holding it against Gage as if James was expecting something in return for his generosity (relationship? silence? We don't know for sure.) What we do see clearly is that Gage wanted to have a healthy conclusion to their "relationship" but James handled it completely the wrong way. Edit: Gage is also allowed to test the waters and see if things would work out via in person. Online relationships and in-person relationships are so different, so it's fair for him to say he just wasn't feeling it when he met him in person.

I've seen Gage's video and from what I can make out from these messages, he clearly told James he was bi curious (in his video he said he told James before that he was straight). You can't go "HELP" a person you like figure out their sexuality and expect them to like you back, which is why sister James ended up being so hurt smh. I myself had been bi curious before, and I admitted that to a friend who liked me and said she's willing to explore it together with me. We were sweet and close like James and Gage were, and for a while I thought I might be leading her on too much, but I really wanted to try and unfortunately, it didn't work. I ended up things with her and she was sad it didnt work out for us but she did tell me she understood and wasn't really expecting much in return since it was NOT my obligation to return her feelings back. Check how many times he says "me" in that whole exchange as to how many times he acts as an adult and tries to see the other side of the story. You’re not a psychologist And you’re wrong. Gage doesn’t reference or try to contradict when James brings up facts that occurred with witnesses present. Gage only references what he wants his story to be, he doesn’t address any of the points that James brings up like how he cuddled with James kissed him, held his hand and how he has witnesses. Gage is the toxic one and manipulated him.

It probably makes James feel better to say that Gage is a user and a fake instead of the harsh reality, that the dude just wasn’t interested. The sad thing is that having such a negative experience with a man might make Gage feel compelled to say he’s “straight,” but I hope he’s not just saying that to get rid of James quicker because the feelings weren’t there. No one should feel forced to label their sexuality, but dealing with it under the gaze of millions of James’ followers could be a lot of pressure to make a quick decision in order to diffuse the situation. I don’t think Gage was being unfair. He seemed like he genuinely wanted to give it a shot.
