I work with kids and if accusations were sent against me I would be suspended, investigated and yeeted from my job more than likely. What bugs me is the response to him inappropriately speaking to minors. As an adult it is always your responsibility to make sure you don't commit a crime. I can actually personally confirm that James has an affinity for straight guys. I live in LA and like most single guys in their 20's, I'm on tinder. Celebrities need to figure out how to actually apologize. A long ass paragraph isn't going to make people forgive you. If it's an important thing, just say "hey, I did (insert bad thing) because (insert honest reason) I realize now that I shouldn't have done that, and I'm sorry that I hurt (insert person/people who were affected)" end of story. Mine can be improved but that's the basic outline, give a sensible reason, say sorry ONLY to the person who was hurt, and move on.
