My take on plastic surgery is that it’s a choice. My friend who is a plastic surgeon is called regularly to help out burn victims, victims of abuse, and veterans who have been disfigured. She does both the enhancement work and helping out vulnerable individuals that need plastic surgery. So we should not demonize plastic surgery. She has had to replace missing noses, do skin grafts on third degree burns and she sees very heartbreaking cases. For the women that want it she does a consult and decides wheather the surgery is feasible. A lot of times she turns away her younger patients especially teens unless the surgery can help their lives. We should be aware that there are people that get it and that we are responsible for setting our own beauty standards and loving ourselves.

How can she give confidence to others, when she was living with same insecurities. Everywhere i see in social media...its all plastic and insecure women's. They live in that circle. Everyone is selling something. After so many surgeries these things looks good on them, they are changing themselves for products not vice versa. Bro if you take a look at adele,she lost a hell of a weight!! Look at her now,her nose got slimmer bro. And you might feel like she went through some surgical procedure but yea no. She didn't went for any! Same goes with lana del ray! She has put on some weight in these few years and you can look at her lips and her nose. It changed throught the time. And yes she didn't went for any surgeries!!!!! Like atleast i think the nose surgery thing is flase. She didn't had one.
