In USA car inspection is done every year, if a car fails it it's not allowed on the street

Overall a very good awareness drive sir .. much needed . But engines are made for different types of fuel so perhaps shifting to high octane might not be possible. Car pooling can be added to the list . Public transport on alternative energy in the cities would be a relief . Car bus and truck Drivers don't own the vehicles . Owners may not have licences . Here it might open another door for corruption .

Not that license is not renewed until car is checked for fitness. No it’s not license, it’s car registration that requires vehicle inspection if it’s more than 5 years old. What if someone has a licence but no car? So please always throw your expert viewpoint before validating it. Also license or car does not impact citizenship, my friend you said becharay motorists does not contribute to the pollution, do you know that Lahore has 4.4 million registered motor bykes😢. They are are the largest contributors to the smog. The manufacturers of bikes did nothing to make them more efficient.
