I used to live In Vancouver Washington. When I was a young 6 month old Child, The eastern parts of Vancouver were being incorporated into Vancouver beyond the I-205 Corridor towards Camas And Battleground.

Thanks for the video. Considering moving to Vancouver/portland/beaverton/camas from Spokane in a couple years but will probably be too expensive by then. Love all the information you are putting out.

Awesome, thanks for watching! Spokane has a lot of nice places to live. Don’t count it out - Spokane is also growing very quickly. Best case scenario, Spokane and Clark County area housing appreciates at the same rate 👍

Despite of the fact that both Vancouver and Camas are in Washington state, they are part of the Portland metro area in Oregon because it is the largest metro area in the region. southwest Washington has a completely different feel than the Seattle metro area and Olympia-Lacey-Tumwater area maybe because of its proximity to Oregon. overall, both states are in the Pacific Northwest and are unique in their own way.

Oh gosh, I’m never out that late! If we’re talking super market type stores (Fred Meyer, Walmart etc) most of them stopped doing 24/7 post covid, now they close around 10 or 11!

There are only two roads that will lead you to Camas, and there are no roads leading out. You are all “more than welcome”. Zoning protected us, for years, from civilization, and corrupt politicians. “Those days are gone”. Hello Hannah, good luck. DKS!

04:09 That is an odd statement ... people can vote however they want, and it was so vague too, how would anyone moving in know what you were even talking about not voting for? And aren't you the one selling real estate to Californians and telling them how great it is to move to Camas .. such an oddly ironic video. But I do like your channel.
