Lets put our thinking caps on They show this picture to the public. If I was walking down the street and saw Luigi face to face I would not have recognize him. That picture is not sufficiently clear to determine with clarity who this person is. But lets go a little bit further. Luigi went through high school, and people know him personally. He might have gone several times to the local supermarket and people would have known him there. All of those people that knew him personally could not point him out, but some total stranger in a McDonald shop picked him out right away? I dont get it.

@@charlespancamo9771 I am saying the burden of proof lies on the prosecution to be able to prove beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt the guy who drop his mask and the guy who shot the CEO is the same person. LM checked out of the hostel after he showed his face to the girl at the desk. Then someone wearing a mask and possessed the same fake ID checked in later. There is no footage of his face after he checked out. None of the footage they currently have has the ability to identify him beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt. Secondly, considering the jury selection process will be very difficult to select an unbiased jury. This guy is considered a hero. I don’t see any jury finding him guilty for murder. He was arrested in the same town as one of the best criminal defense attorneys in the country. “Not an accident” IMHO he is a pawn / patsy for the hired hit. Who hired the hit? United Healthcare insiders who are under investigation by the DOJ. Why? Bryan Thompson was to testify this week in the DOJ case filed against them for insider trading costing them over $120,000,000.00. Let’s use critical thinking. LM is incredibly smart. Why would a vigilante murder him right before he was likely to be dragged through the mud and slapped in the wallet by the federal government? That makes no sense whatsoever. The likely reason for his presence in NYC is he was hand picked to be the patsy because he is so outspoken against the healthcare system on social media for 3 years. There is no way he would have interfered with the DOJs probe into UHC. That why he apologized to the feds in his 3 page document. “This” had to be done is not an admission of guilt. “This” is a vague pronoun… The interpretation of “THIS” describes nothing. I have a sneaking suspicion “THIS” is the list of requirements and tasks he needed to complete to protect his family from being extorted/harmed, provided to him by the insiders to help frame him for the murder. I could go on and on. Let’s break this down and use critical thinking. considering the aforementioned and assuming the legal system and the United States constitution work as intended I don’t see how the pin him “beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt” to be the guy who pulled the trigger. It's a Kool name. Most American Luigi's I knew would be 90 to 100+ if they were still alive. Kinda went out with Ruth, Wilma, Ethel, Helen, Mildred, ect. Just old fashion.
