Nice video! I’m a matcha snob and I only trust a few stores to make a matcha latte right. Making matcha at home is a lot more accessible than buying an espresso machine for coffee. Also, I find that matcha has the same if not more caffine than coffee. I use 3 grams of matcha for my lattes which is about 110mg of caffeine. If you like matcha, you might like hojicha as it’s a good alternative with even lower caffeine

The Matcha market is so diluted now its overly sweet, perfect opportunity for a cafe to do it the right way and capitalize!

Matcha latte, cold or warm. Anytime of the year. In my country (Czech republic) it is not very popular. Everyone is calling it grassy mud, even with the milk. Which is sad. Most of the time in coffe shops it comes in small bags with the pouder. It is very hard to find an authentic matcha.
