You raise a very interesting point Dr. Cohen. There is a growing concern regarding the diet of these cows that are grain fed (high lectin content) as opposed to the grass fed diet. The lectin content in the dairy product of grain fed cows might cause leaky gut syndrome in the population that are rather more sensitive to lectins and in turn, directly or indirectly cause the autoimmune conditions that you mentioned.
