when you said he didnt look like himself when he acted violent I felt that...my ex was so abusive then would act like nothing ever happened after. First off THANK YOU for being TRANSPARENT . I feel like this was more you than us but you just brought us along for your your journey. I felt when you felt. So for that thank you. And it’s gonna be hard but it’s imperative that you have to learn yourself and know yourself and value yourself first before you even move on to the next relationship. Everyone says heal but it’s not that easy. It’s not linear and it don’t happen over night. I resonate with this story a lot because my ex had me going to the hospital to get surgery after a bad fight and I still don’t leave until I was just fed up and hit my breaking point. Sometimes we look at ourselves with regret like we should of been left but everyone has different breaking points sometimes we just more resilient than others so don’t blame yourself. Look at this as a learning experience so you know how to set boundaries for yourself. It’s not your fault thought, when somebody love bombs you sometimes you spend a lot of time chasing that initial feeling but I’m sending you so much love and healing. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We all can relate and I'm not going to go or either diagnosis you or him or the behaviors, from me watching I've seen your growth and I see you recognized where you went wrong/what you did wrong and that includes what you allowed. Take it all as lessons and apply them going forward.. you already said it so that's how I know... Take the time to heal.l agree with the screenshots because that's me. But it's also unhealthy because you'll have those moments where your emotions will get the best of you and you'll look back on them..I ask God to give you strength and all those arguments where he made you feel less than. Disassociate yourself with all that because none of it is true. If anything you were dumb for him and wayyy too forgiving but weve all been there for ppl we really think we love. Through out your story you had moments of clarity (where you went wrong, what you should of did, and going forward what you would do differently. I know it's only been a month but please allow yourself some healing and some Grace. You did the best with what you had and what you thought was love. The only thing that matters is going forward and leveling up and learning getting that experience and also it's not a bad thing from learning from others ppl mistakes. Your strong, inspiring, kind hearted, determined, and your worth it!!!!!!! I pray for your healing and peace. Now don't ever love someone more than you love yourself. You can't pour from an empty cup. If giving someone something they're requiring and it's costing you to cross one of your boundaries when it comes to self love/ mental health or your peace then you can't afford it.
