From a Neo Cat. Some interesting points and I can only comment on my own experience. I have just returned from liturgy. I have only been in the 'Way' for about 9 months. I am engaged to someone that has been in the 'Way' for 30 years. I am not even Catholic so the rumours of no 'outsiders' is not my experience. Nor is it my personal experience of family members being cut off for non attendance. I feel no pressure from my Catechists. I think balance is needed when debating this. No more space lol

That is simply not true! I ve been in the NW for 15 years (i ve been out now for 5 years), my parents are for more than 35 years. I left for different circumstances, i never was told to quit my passions and hobbys!! I never felt guilty for my sins... on the other hand, i learnt in the NW, that no matter what i do in life, God loves me and respect my freedom, and if i choose, i can recive Gods forgiveness, no matter what. My parents as i said, are un the NW for more than 35 years, one of my brothers is a homosexual who lives with his partner, and my parents love him the same way they love me or my sister. They were never encoreged to stop contact with him, in fact, even though they do not agree with his ways, they are the most patient and caritative people i ve never seen, and my parents learnt that love in the NW. They visit prisioners, disabled people in homes, abandoned children, they visit people in hospitals, they give ALL they have to people they dont even know, and in secret. Its way more than most catholics do, including me. Ive seen the most humble and happy people in the NW. As i said, ive been there 15 years and nobody is 'forced' to stay. You are free to leave anytime, as i did. Some people find and get to know the love of God in the NW and some others dont, and its fine. If you find it disturbing just stay away and God will call you somewhere else. The NW is also part of our holy catholic church and we should be prudent if we have something to say. Ive never seen the things you are saying being inside the NW so many years. Sorry my english is not good, im Argentinian. A big hug to all of you!

My girlfriend is in The Way and the experience of her is similar at what you are saying. I've been to masses and it feels like being on another religion by bending the traditions of the holy mass. I don't like it. The scrutiny feel like a violation of the secret of confession imo, plus there is a huge psychological burden. I'm a devout catholic I much prefer the common mass, going on Sunday's (the lord's day), and confessing my sins to a single priest.

No, no, I get it. Before I started I felt the same way, being used to the old ways if mass. But it is true that it's not an entirely separate or subculture religion, rather it's supposed to be the simplification of the holy mass with using a more old-school way of mass, not so far back that we pay for forgiveness but somewhere little after Luther's actions took full effect. This is especially beneficial to those who feel they've wronged God so much they are not worthy of entering a church (I used to know a homeless woman like this, try as I might to get her to come into the church during my time as an usher she always refused, bless her soul." All in all, I can see why you see it that way, but do remember that this is meant to be a simplification of the holy mass for those who see themselves as grave sinners and for those who feel the common mass today is too tampered with for one to fully immerse themselves in the good word.

Corsario1987. Jesus Christ saved me from being so offensive and so merciless towards people, especially towards christian people. All people are my brothers and sisters. Jesus taught me this. Catholicism taught me this. NC adherents say that I am a mere "creature" (like animals), and only the participants to the NC sect are sons and daughters of God. This is not christianity. Wake up. The NC Way doesn't save from anything. They have hidden to you that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Saviour. And that's enough for me. All of you say that "the Way" saved you. But ONLY Jesus saves. Only Jesus. All these comments against this girl show the hatred in your hearts. That's enough. That's enough. All of you, you never talk about Jesus. You only talk about "the Way". If you can, wake up and convert to Jesus.

I agree with you on many points. I think when you are looking at the truth about something there always have to be positive and negative aspects mentioned. As there are some people here who believe that the Neocatecumenate has helped them. It seems to be a controversial topic. There seem to be 2 kinds of people here in the comment section: 1: you are all wrong - the neocatecumenate has helped me - go home 2: you are all right - the neocatecumenate is really bad I think the truth, if we are looking for it is a bit more complex. And it is rarely ALL OR NOTHING. It's inbetween.

I understand that while the NCW may have had the approval of several popes, those same popes also had a number of reservations about the movement & its behaviour in several countries, & gave the movement instructions as to how it should conduct itself in certain situations. I also understand that some people may have a good experience in the movement, & others may have a very bad experience. I do think it depends a lot on the particular individual communities people are involved with, & the quality of the leaders of those communities. who may each have their own, & slightly different way of doing things. Some leaders are much better at leading than others, depending on their own leadership training & experience. It is not enough to just send well-intentioned people out as leaders & missionaries, without ensuring they have been provided with good training in leadership. I think people also need to understand that the NCW way of doing things will not necessarily suit everyone. When it comes to Christianity, there is no such thing as "one size fits all".. Everyone is an individual with their own personality & will respond to different things/methods in different ways. Just like when it comes to teaching, there is no single teaching method that is certain to bring out the best in everyone - so it is with Christianity. The NCW way of doing things may not work best for everyone, & those people may be better of looking for another way to strengthen their Christian faith, which better suits their lifestyle & needs. Those who choose to leave the NCW for this reason, or choose not to enter a community in the first place, should not be castigated or denigrated for their decision, or made to feel that there is somethings wrong with them. More than likely, that is just not the case - it might simply be that the NCW's methods just do not suit them, & are not capable of bringing out the best in them. There is nothing wrong with that. More than likely, they will eventually find another organisation within the church, which IS capable of bringing out the best in them & strengthening their Christian faith.
@lishmahlishmah
@lishmahlishmah 6 жыл бұрын
Yes, you have perfectly described the Catholic point of view. The problem is that NCW is anti-catholic in its structures and teachings. Catholic Church has been trying to bring them to christian culture... But still today this group aims to remain in its position. This behaviour is destroying so many persons and so many parishes... In some cases, in Italy people prefers to have dialogues with the Jeova's Witnesses instead of the Neocatechumenals.

Neochatechumenal way is a kind of spiritual formation for persons who are far from real faith, for pagans or catholics who don't know much about their faith.It is not for persons who have "adult faith". I was once in a comunity (24 years ago) but I left (part of my family left, one part stayed) and never had any problems with other members who stayed in the comunity. So I guess it all depends how fanatic are the "responsible persons". Church is large and everybody is invited to find his own call within it. I stopped coming after first passage because I chose to marry an atheist but after we divorced 13 years after I understood why my neochathechumenal priest refused to marry me. At that time I was a little bit offended because I was really convinced that he will convert but actually happened the opposite, I stopped after couple of years to go to church and lost my faith for a long time so after 15 years I understand why he refused to bless this wedding. The neochathechumenal way is not the best place if you want to be half christian half pagan. They just don't let you and this is ok. Nobody has to go there, there are so many places that allow you to be superficial. I think they are really salt of the church, sincere and fervant christians but their methods are questionable sometimes and a little bit manipulative. I wouldn't go back there anymore because I'm too individualist and now feel other call but they are ok.
@belindachai9817
@belindachai9817 2 жыл бұрын
The priest could give you a 'marriage blessing' As one priest explain, they look after their own, meaning that they will not force the non Christian partner to the faith but at the same time, the Catholic partner can still receive the church Sacraments and grow spiritually. Also in this way, If the Catholic partner maintain his practices, with God' s grace, his partner will be influenced and touched in some ways. For e. g. they can even remind you that it is a Friday, they can remind you to pray etc... In fact, they will alway watch out for Fridays cos they know that you abstain from meat on that day. They will also respect the times when you fast and appreciate the fact that you still are able to prepare a meal for them. There are those who believe but they are not ready to commit yet. So there is still hope after all.

Yeah lots of misinformation. Sounds more like a video made out of confusion or hurt feelings. Hope she does some studying in the teachings of the catechism of the Catholic Church. I don’t even think she is Catholic as she stated certain sins are not something you need to confess… and one of the biggest things about healing come from opening up and hearing how others deal with similar weakness or situations. And the steps are not courses. The concept of passing a level or course is more so a measure of human’s inability to accept God’s will. The steps are designed more so to help you move forward. And I know people who have left the way and returned after a few years of making the same assumptions as these videos are. I hope she gets to truly meet the Charisma of the church, or any other so she may fully understand what she is talking about in a more profound method instead of a more “academic” approach based on faulty information at best.

I think it also needs to be borne in mind that generally speaking, religious movements or cults/sects tend to be much more rigid/strict/conservative/harsh/inflexible in the early days of their formation. As time goes by, especially when they start to get to the second & third generations of adherents, they tend to become less harsh & a bit more flexible - so not nearly as bad as when they started out. Unfortunately though, not everyone can necessarily wait that long for their loved ones who may be caught up in a new religious cult, or a new sect of an established religious denomination. They want to get their loved ones out now, before they get too involved with the sect, as that is usually the best & the easiest time to extricate a person from such a harsh organisation.

You are not under the parish priest when you celebrate a separate Easter Vigil. Then the parish has at least two vigils; an anomaly in the Church. The celebration of the Mass (sorry "Eucharist") is for all practical purposes, a private affair for the NCW. It is not advertised, and in practise is not shared by the parish. Do the communities attend Sunday parish Mass at least monthly as per the instructions of Card Arinze? No, they dont. Another example of separatism and disobedience to the Church

I haven't find one single statement of this girl true. I'm in the way, I never felt the courage to speak more freely in my life. I never felt judged, and even when I confessed the same sins over and over I've always been understood and counseled on how to improve my relationship with God, which is by praying, repenting of my sins and read the Word of God. I say that coming from a family where religion is not really an important part of their life and, even so, I've always been encouraged to be an example for them in order to show them that God is real, instead of judging them or forcing them to be part of the church or the way. The Gospel is radical and if lived up to the world can scandalize people, especially in the modern secularized world. The good thing is that the way always push you to be in communion with everybody no matter how sinful they can be, always reminding us that it is through grace and not for our good actions that we are SOMETIMES doing a little bit better than others. We should therefore feel privileged to have received such a gift and look others, "members" included, with mercy and understandment.

In fact, there is undoubtable evidence that many negative practices (such as "stuffing the collection basket") are ordered from the top. Even if many people use the Way as an excuse for their drug addiction, it still remains true that the Way itself causes many problems and many of its universal practices (that are supported by Kiko himself) are harmful. What about the fact there are reports of catechists- worldwide- telling families to break off contact with leavers? Are the leavers lying?

But is this necessarily a good thing? Quadrillions of potential children are not born every day on the Earth. Is this a bad thing? Oh, that's interesting about the "gift." I have found myself in a NCW group unintentionally. I'll come back to it. But we took a charter bus to the seminary for a deaconate ordination. It was supposed to cost a certain sum and I could have paid it but, the priest refused my money and said, "it's ok, don't worry." I am now sure this anonymous was how I came to have my bus fare paid. So how I stumbled into this group and am now going to avoid them is that I live in Israel and originally, this group years ago was a Hebrew speaking congregation founded by a Carmelite who was himself a convert from Judaism. He was traditional, not NCW. So when I decided I needed to come back to the Catholic Church, I figured I should join this group rather than go to the Arabic or English Mass at the main Church, which is also Carmelite. It's been a few months and the priest, who's a nice guy, has been revealing more. But, I have not felt spiritually comfortable. My time away from the Church was spent in Evangelical and Messianic groups in the US. I have listened to Bishop Schneider and will listen more but I do believe at this point I am not interested in continuing with a NCW priest, even tho their focus of reaching the broken is not the primary one of the group here.

Persecution comes in so many forms and just as Christ faced persecution, so are we called to be members of the church and face persecution for believing and defending what is right. I have been following the NCW for 5 years, and I hardly recognize anything you are saying. Our priests, who are all from the NCW, are extremely dedicated and humble, they never ever favor NCW members above parishioners. We are asked during mass and word celebrations to share how scripture touched us, or anything we want, but never asked specifically to confess sins. Sharing is powerful, as it is understood that no one responds to the person sharing, or tries to talk to them about it afterwards. You get to say what you want to get off of your chest, and it feels very safe. I find that members are very respectful, loving and helpful towards one another. I love the regular meetings we have as they give me a discipline that I need and help me deepen my faith. I do go to Saturday evening mass, and also to Sunday mass. I do happen to think that sex before marriage is not a good idea, but the catholics in these times have become so ‘luke warm’, that a lot of the old values have been thrown away. The NCW tries to celebrate mass in a very traditional way, as it was celebrated in the beginning years. They also put people back in touch with the sacrament of baptism in a way that we never learned, since most were babies when baptized. I have never seen or witnessed that it is hard for people to leave the NCW, or that they are obstructed in any way.

Everything she’s saying is true. My parents are part of this borderline cult and have done everything she is saying in this video, including kicking me out of the house. Please, for your own sake, if your going through a tough period in your life: talk to a friend, go to a therapist or go to the fucking gym. Just stay away from this group. Even if your in this group: the things she is saying happen in Neo, but it’s just not mentioned. Please trust me.

Hahaha your description of the 1st Scrutiny is so wrong!! You should really join you know.. Maybe then you'd understand. Nobody wants you to sin, but it's inevitable, we sin, but that's why they Church offers us confession! Nobody judges you for skipping a celebration! Unfortunately those if us blessed by an encounter with God can only tell you about it, but you will never understand until you have your own, Faith comes through the foolishness of the preaching but you must experience it

Hi, you are very brave to make this video. I suffered a lot because of this movement, and lost connection with some of my family members. It took me 5 years to feel better, and I'm still getting there. The self blaming continues after the way, and I remember being forced to publicly say I'm a sinner in front of a group every week. They encourage looking for faults every day, and if you don't start behaving like the greatest sinner then there is something wrong with you. I find what you say in this video true. I've often heard members and women being told to find someone else to take care if their kids, and also know member who were forbidden to continue going until they make their spouse go as well. For some people it may be their life, and it might be good for them, and I respect that, but the Way makes all the members believe they are the chosen people, which leads to a lot of judgment towards everyone else, even christians, just for not being part of the way. And then, once you leave, you starts getting these calls from members, usually around easter, guilt tripping you into coming back. Their emails usually start something like: You must be aware how wasteful and dead your life is, and how everyone pretends to like you... Mostly a load of crap from people who know nothing about me but feel the right to judge my choices. There should be more videos like this that warn about the brainwashing from this group, they invade into private matters, encourage public shaming and make family member fight against each other.

+YoYoYO Also read this site, it talks about cults in an easy to understand way, but with lots of details: www.abuseandrelationships.org/Content/Communal%20Abuse/communal_abuse.html FROM THE LINK ABOVE: "The First Threshold:Disallowance of any balance point between the needs of the group and the needs of the individual....This sets the stage for the exploitation of members." "The Second Threshold:Blind obedience...This sets the stage for the exploitation of others by the members." "Conditioning:Modifying behavior by linking desired responses to events that would not elicit those responses spontaneously. In abusive communities the desired response is always compliance." "Other Common Elements of Communal Control: -Special Leader. The rightness of the community is believed to reside NOT in set beliefs...long-established practices...durable principles, but in the guidance of the present leadership...the only source of truth. -Doctrine of Depravity This is the belief that members instincts, desires, tendencies, feelings, and inclinations, can't be trusted. -Panders to Dependency Needs Every adult has a residual desire to be taken care of by strong and wise parents... Abusive communities offer...illusion of unconditional parental care by using paternalistic metaphors and protecting members from adult decisions. -Communal Living This limits or eliminates non-believing influences, eliminates privacy, and prevents cognitive re-grouping. -Communal Businesses. Usually members are expected to give up previous jobs, even skilled professions and work only in cult businesses. -Cloaked Recruitment. Free classes are offered, or very low commitment meeting. Group name is not used, lest that alert potential recruits...Meeting may be 'packed' with group members posing as new people... Extreme friendliness and 'love-bombing' applied...so if there is hesitancy when more is requested, hurt and betrayal can be faked to pressure recruit to stay. -Controlled Sex and Romance. A fundamental practice is to prevent members from forming any alliance or loyalty other than to leader and group. -No Lateral Attachments. Friendship based on feeling are discouraged, even within group. If people are close, they may be moved to break it up. -Leaving is Taboo. ...Membership must be lifelong. Because there's no such thing as 'trying it out for a while', critical thinking and considerations...go out the window. It also blocks the natural human response to maltreatment (which is to leave). -Devaluing the Outsider This: 1) Isolates members from opposing ideas, 2) Isolates members from sources of attachment that would compete with the leader or community, 3) mobilizes the survival drive in members, which is channeled into cult activities, 4) justifies deceptive practices, 5) provides a target to safely displace anger onto, anger which is actually caused by cult's oppressive conditions. -Children Raised in Common. This weakens parent child bonds, which, like romantic and sexual relationships, divide loyalties. -Elimination of Leisure. There is no time off, no unstructured time, no days off, no vacations, no sabbaticals, and no retirement. -Greed. Skepticism is penalized monetarily and aggressive gullibility and proselytizing is rewarded. -Ladders. Everyone is comforted by evidence they are 'getting somewhere.' Abusive communities provide different positions of status to obtain, and a closed group in which the status is uniformly recognized. All progress can be lost for dissent or leaving. -Secrecy. Key parts of what happens in the group are kept secret from the outside, but also from a large portion of the membership. Often what is kept secret are practices or beliefs that contradict the more benign information used for recruitment. -A Security Force This is not always present but when it is, it is used to eliminate dissent. It may even have uniforms and a para-military flavor. -Dissent Labeled as Mental Illness ...labeling a dissident as 'crazy' undermines the dissenting message and creates fear of thinking in unorthodox ways...Because of extreme pressure to conform, dissent...usually is released only when a member is at his/her wit's end and is perhaps hysterical or emotionally distressed. -Manipulated Aspiration. The leadership suggests that members who do X are 'doing well', but indicate X is optional. X is something very time consuming (fund-raising 16 hours a day, meditating long hours etc) or is actually impossible so that the seeking of it is all-consuming. -The Emperor's Clothes It is suggested something very fine is happening when in fact nothing is happening. To make it work further, it is suggested that only the refined can appreciate what is happening. -Compartmentalization. As the bond of member to group becomes stronger, he/she is incrementally allowed to know secrets. Cognitive and moral dissonance is counter-balanced with feeling special. -Involuntary Transgressions or 'Thought Crime' Thoughts, desires, and doubts that deviate from approved agenda are stigmatized as betrayals. Since everyone has these whether they want them or not, this keeps everyone feeling guilty. -Constant Guilt It is hinted or plainly stated that members are not doing enough, or doing wrong things. This keeps any of them from feeling they have the standing to question or oppose anything. -Altered States. States of mind discontinuous with usual state of mind. Examples: meditation, hyperventilation, hypnosis, fasting, restraining bodily functions unnaturally, chanting, prayer, sensory deprivation, sauna or sweat lodge, extended aerobic exercise, or sleep deprivation.

Traits of a Cult Leader (see how many of these sound like Kiko!): 1. Self Promotion 2. Doubtlessness (Total lack of doubt is only seen in psychopaths, but for the doubt-ridden it is taken as evidence of knowing the right thing to do.)3. Above Accountability (The leader is held out as different from ordinary mortals. Often the leader is said to be picked by God.)4. Claims to Be Goodness. (That is, the leader doesn't only claim to 'know' goodness but to be it.)5. Pressure-Release (Skillful manipulators push a target with negative attention, then suddenly become nice. This created gratitude.)6. Intermittent Reinforcement (Warm supportive treatment is provided unpredictably amongst abusive treatment. When reinforcement doesn't come, the person learns to keep trying because it will come eventually...abuse therefore becomes a cue to try harder.)7. Belief Teasing (Adept cult leaders imply they have something life-altering to believe in, but remain very vague and hazy. This allows members to insert their hopes and dreams, perhaps even unconsciously.)8. Hides Behind Interpretation (Ambiguous passages in ancient texts will be interpreted to fit the leaders desire.)9. Pseudo-Esotericism (Leaders (like everyone) know a few arcane things. However, unlike others, they use snippets strategically to suggest deep, thorough, or well reflected understanding which just isn't there.)10. New Dawn (Leaders always indicate they are doing something new that has never been done before.)11. Power Hunger (The group channels considerable money to the top, which spends it not for humanitarian work, but to buy advertising or influence.)12. An End that Justifies Any Means. 13. Excess (Often the leader will collect cars, exotic animals, houses...)14. Spectacles (Meaningless displays with a lot of sensory elements but no real continuity or function.)15. Charisma. 16. Naturalness. (The leader lacks self-consciousness and has nothing to worry about. Disciples are guilt-ridden, tongue-tied, hesitant, and distrustful of their own impulses. By contrast, the leader seems gifted.)17. Transference Cure (A person seeking deeper happiness is vulnerable to identifying with an unnaturally positive appearing person who claims to have it all together.)18. Claiming Unusual Powers or Abilities (This always has an attraction for those who feel powerless, because it speaks to the illusion that someone special can come to set things right.)19. Performs as a Mentalist (This is a way to seemingly back up claims of unusual abilities. The basic technique employed is 'cold reading' in which high probability guesses are made and then misses are minimized or rationalized quickly and 'hits' are emphasized and pursued. The target ends up volunteering all the real details although the mentalist will act like they had the details in mind already.)20. Rewriting History 21. Glibness (A fast, well-spoken explanation seems true even if it is just double-talk)22. Venality (The leader bargains and makes deals with those that cannot be seduced or intimidated in a power-savvy way, never standing on principle.)23. Rewards Informers (Members are usually starved for attention from the leader and so informing becomes a means of improving station. This eliminates trust or any breathing room to discuss different points of view.)24. Naked Emperor (The leader surrounds him- or herself with uncritical believers, and since there is a tendency to change one's opinion to conform to consensus, members that do not 'see' the attribute believe it is their own failing.)25. Scapegoats (Leaders take credit for successes but blame failure on others. Members join in condemning the scapegoat because they are happy it is not them.)26. Bribery (This is often used just as a rebellious member is wavering, and it is not seen for what it is, but rather taken or described as healing benevolence.)27. Ad Hoc Policy Changes (Rules and practices can change suddenly. This allows coercive actions or manipulations to be disguised as actions for the good of the community.)28. Keeps Inner Circle 29. Encourages Dependency 30. Manipulation of VIPs (Celebrities or politicians are wooed and shown a very different experience in order to lend credibility to the cult.)31. Narcissism 32. Thrill-Seeking (The utter lack of accountability, and unbridled excess can lead to boredom and disinhibition together. This along with psychopathic traits can lead to thrill seeking, both in nominally acceptable ways such as skydiving, but also in sexual abuse.) **************** "The self blaming continues after the way, and I remember being forced to publicly say I'm a sinner in front of a group every week. They encourage looking for faults every day, and if you don't start behaving like the greatest sinner then there is something wrong with you." this is because if they can ruin your self esteem they can make you feel like you "need" them. Break your leg and then provide you with the cast, so they are the "heroes." Most cults and abusive relationships in general work that way. Also, if they can get you to sin, they are benefited in several ways: 1. They can hold your sins over your head if you try to leave the group. they can threaten to tell people about your sins that you confessed to, if you leave, and embarrass you into staying. 2. If they want "dirty work" done, they can find out which members are willing to do evil things (they do it because they think they will be "forgiven" later), and they then have a built in force of sinners to do things like lie to new recruits, steal money, and intimidate opponents.

YoYoYO. Thank you for your witness. We have the same big problems in Italy. Many parishes were devastated by these groups in the last 40 years. They say they are Catholic, and it's true that the Holy See gave them some authorization for "evangelization". But the Holy See, the Popes and the Bishops NEVER authorized them to do what they are doing. So many catholic people abandoned their catholic faith because they thought that NCW was catholicism... But it isn't. The ones who are attacking this video are brainwashed. This is very painful for us catholics. Neocathecumenals say they are "persecuted". But I only know so many catholics who have been harshly persecuted by THEM. This is terrible. We can only pray for their conversion to Christ. And be aware NOT to enter in those sects. If one day they will obey the Pope and the Catholic Church, then ok, maybe they will be a true catholic group. But, at the moment, stay away from them if you want to stay close to Jesus. God bless you.

some deviations from the good intentions of the way surely exist in many communities... however it is irrational to think that catechists would ever go around telling people to continue sinning freely!?!

okay okay, first it is NOT a religious movement, it is part of the Roman Catholic Church itself, it has been approved by the Holy See, the reason that we seem to be a different sect is only because we form small communities like those the the Apostles themselves founded in the Early church & before all this the Bishop of the dioceses & priest first have to give their approval in other to even create a community. It is an Itinerant Formation of Christian adults in its basics, but so MUCH more.

I'm dumb? I may be misinformed, but certainly not dumb. I've read literally hundreds of articles and comments from both sides of the debate, adn while I admit, the video was a little polemic, it was certainly not meant to malign ALL the Way, just the groups who participate in these mishaps, and they do exist, make no mistake about it.

You must be in the Way as this is standard scripted speech from them. People aren't persecuting and hating you, you are being brainwashed and isolated into this group being your whole life. So much so that it seems your world would collapse if you left it. I was in it for many years and was basically a vulnerable young person being prayed upon and then made to recruit others to it. "The world" is a place we all have to live in and get on, it is not an evil thing that you are "better than", which is what The Way teaches.

Benedict XVI (JAN. 17, 2011):"Another significant step carried out in these days,with the approval of the competent dicasteries of the Holy See, is the Catechetical Directory of the Neocatechumenal Way. With these ecclesiastical seals, the Lord confirms today and entrusts to you again this precious instrument that is the Way, so that you can, in filial obedience to the Holy See and to the pastors of the Church". Nothing else than this, obeying to the Church established by my Lord Jesus Christ. If He is also Your Lord and Your Saviour , just obey to the Church He wanted on this earth. The only One Church that He still wants on this earth. He payed His beloved Church with His Sacred Blood. Just remember this and be honest. Read all the documents. The original documents. Not the ones made with copy-and-paste by your "catechists". God bless. May He enlighten your mind and your heart with His infinite Mercy.
