The Truth About "Organic" Tuna: Are You Being Misled?

Last week, a client shared an interesting tidbit with me. She proudly mentioned buying "organic tuna." My immediate reaction was curiosity and scepticism. Organic tuna? Is that even possible? 🤔
The reality is that it’s not. 🚫
Tuna is a large fish, often living up to 50 years in our increasingly polluted oceans. These waters are beyond anyone’s control, so we cannot label tuna as organic. My client had purchased tuna in organic olive oil-a clever marketing trick. ⚠️
This brings us to a crucial topic: tuna consumption. It’s controversial due to tuna’s high mercury levels and other toxins. These toxins can mimic molecules in our bodies and disrupt cellular receptors, leading to significant health issues.
I love tuna but limit my consumption. I always support my body with a liver cleanse complex and binders when I indulge. These help to catch free radicals and eliminate toxins from the body.
