Thanks for that, Viktor. One thing I have noticed while trying to learn this sport is that everyone talks about 90 degree knee bend, and nobody (outside of short track ice) actually does it - at least for more than a few minutes at a time.

Thanks for video, going to be great listning it. I got a question: I got an issue, gotten myself a pair of real nice 125mm skates, been riding them everyday 3-4 hours every day, gum from the wheels are lose.. you u can pull the gum from the wheel.. What is this? Bad technique? I love you, keep videos comming

Do you mean the outside of the wheel is loose from the core? What brand of wheels do you use ? Same problem for all wheels? (or isnt the middle one affected for example). I don't think wrong technique can mess up wheels like that. If I have to take a guess with the info you provided i think the wheels messed up during manufacturing

@@Muncles It has happened to 1 pair of wheels on 20 dollar skates, these I have now, I think the wheels are called ''Disc wheel'' brand of skates: K2 redline 125 Happened to middle and back wheel ( 3 wheels in total) If you look at a picture on google, the red line on the wheel, the outer circle of the wheel is loose, with a little force you can pull it off. I hope this helped.
