When I was young lad in the import tuner days of the early 2000s, I made the choice to go Skunk2 with my Honda, and I'm glad I did! Thanks for the tour!

Some brief history. Group A used to be based out of Hayward Ca . Their brand Skunk2 was fist started as Skunkworks, but had to change the name. It became Skunk then later became Skunk2 around the same time they moved to So Cal. Their old location became 2 part shop. DNR repformance and DTR Fab. If my memory is right the Skunkwork silver Integra debuted in sacraceway in 96-97

Let’s goooo! I’m stoked dude! I’m in the process of building my k24 (replacing seals etc) that I got from a junkyard for my EP3 (the same model black hatch in the video). I had no idea that KW and Skunk was under The same Umbrella! #TheMoreYouKnow ... speaking of “know”, do you know if those headers that you complimented the welding on will pass the front sway bar on because of the additional height of the k24, or is this only for the k20 ?

Just got a 98 EK hatch just over 2 weeks ago. Was looking to get an OEM/Skunk2 build started. They got everything I will need to make a reliable D16 low boost 200whp daily driven hatch. This is a sign from the heavens... lol. Need Coilovers, intake manifold, full exhaust, shifter and bushings... to start off.

But also they wanted to test fit new shocks on my 9th gen Si and I never heard back if they could install some new suspension rather than putting me back to stock. Ask Doug haha he was my contact as well. I don’t have a garage here in San Diego so I can’t do it myself unless I do it in the parking lot.

Back in 2012 they posted on forums a “bounty” of several hundred dollars for the legal identification and addresses of a couple Honda-Tech members. Turned into a huge thing. Google it. From Skunkworks to modern day is a very different group of folks.

Just bought a skunk2 h22 intake manifold and it's cracked and they won't take it back. Overpriced cheap Chinese casting. $400 intake really worth maybe $100 gonna cost $200 to get it TIG welded and repaired. Horrible customer service and company.
