I'd love to enter, but I live in France, I don't have a licence yet, insurance for this must be crazy high, and modded cars are crazy illegal in France. Whether it's body kits, exhausts, wheels, power upgrades, suspension, it has to be reeeeeaaaal stealthy to pass tests. If I come up to the "legality test" or whatever it is called with this V6 swap, the guy's just gonna tell me : no.

love those 4AGE cambox covers. old school 4AGE guy here. another uniform way of cooling cast iron welds is to put the piece in sand ; sand absorbs the heat and everything cools down uniformly.

that's some old school welding tricks have a wood fired oven i use to heat up cast metal before i weld too and toss it back into oven after i am done welding and just let the metal cool down overnight as the oven burns out and cools down.

Just got to say, you aren't cooling it down using the torch, the heat dissipation from the part is greater than the amount of heat you are adding, as a result the temp drop. Its all energy but if Qin < Qout, your system will drop in temp. Still love the content!
